hello ladies, I just wanted to come back and post my wonderful results after reading the book, The Infertility Cure by Dr. Randine Lewis. I'm currently 42 years old. I had a low AMH and high FSH. I was diagnosed with dismissed ovarian reserve due to advanced maternal age. The fertility doctor had me in tears after telling me the only way I could get pregnant would be donor egg via IVF. I got on the Internet and did a lot of research until I found this book. After following the advice of the author of the above named book. We got pregnant naturally exactly 3 months later. I was 38 years old. I gave birth at 39. After our son turned a year old, we got pregnant again naturally with no effort at all, I was 40 years old. I gave birth at 41. We have 2 beautiful sons. Ages 2 and 10 months I hope my story gives hope to any others who feel helpless. I know what it's like to try and find hope when it seems there is none.

It is very encouraging to read of people who make this happen without aggressive medical intervention. I have read/watched Randine Lewis, though I haven't specifically read that book. There are others on these threads who highly recommend it, though, so you aren't alone!

Aside from the acupuncture, is there anything else you feel like made the most difference? We're you doing Acu when you conceived the second time as well?
