Haha Rory has been saying bye to absolutely everything for the last couple of weeks. I was like, what are doing when he first did it at the credits. He says bye to absolutely everything honestly but it's so so cute. I love it.

Yeah that would seem a shame blondey. Is a dining area really really important to you. Is there no way you could squeeze a small table in the kitchen or even a breakfast bar?

It's a great area, and they've converted the loft so it's kinda a three bed. The garden is gorgeous and huge!

Going to see that house again tomorrow and taking my parents for a second opinion. There are quite a few things we would want to do but as it's liveable, we could wait to get bits and pieces, wall paper etc when they are on sale and wait to d the bathroom and kitchen when there are bargains etc. Think one of the biggest early expenses will be trying to change the conservatory roof. It's like plastic sheets at the moment and reading up, we could get plastic tile effect done without having to reinforce the foundations and get the inside of the roof plasterboarded etc so it looks more like an actual room.

Any one up to anthing today, apart from Nats dying slowly from her hangover. Going to see the IL's when OH's home from work. Hopefully it's warm enough where they are to let madam use their pool.
