Don't panic about the pooing. I think giving birth is your moral right to be as gross as possible. Louie definitely was born into a massive puddle of my urine... He may forgive me one day

then a cathetar after so i hope he wasn't covered in peepee!

I asked both OH, my mum and the MW if I pooped. apparently not (and I do believe it tbh as i had horrendous clearouts) but I guess I'll never really know

This time I think it'd be quite obvious being in a pool
