I'm back. Doctor didn't know what it was but thinks he might have a tummy bug so i've just got to keep an eye on him. I feel a bit stupid for worrying now

Well megan slept from 8pm till 4am i was right shocked! i kept waking up just to check she was okay!! shes been really upset today though for some reason! ive already told her i'm going to velcro her dummy in!!!

AHH i'm sure it will be brill missy wish i could get away for a night! but then again once i was away i would want to be back with her!

Dont be daft, id of panicked too! He has been good in himself though hasnt he? Would have thought if it were a tummy bug then he would have been unsettled. Glad the docs dont think its anything major though x

How is Finn doing with his bottles, Rhys is on 7 oz now

Not quite made it to 7 ounces yet, lol. STill on 7 x 6 per day, but he drinks less at night. Especially last night, i starved the poor lil fella, lol. Wondered why he kept wakin up every 30 mins to feed. Wasnt till i actually opened my half asleep eyes at about 7am and properly looked at the left over bottles i realised he hadnt been getting bugger all out of it. The gaviscon had blocked the teat

He was well smiley in the docs, after screaming his head off at home! I'm wondering if the osteopath cleared a blockage from the birth. Sounds stupid but it's the only thing i can think of

I actually thought maybe it was something to do with the osteopath dislodging something. Hopefully it will be the last of it and it wont cause him any problems x

Glad Albert did ok at the Docs Dopey, has he stopped throwing it up now?

Scampie what do we do we they start wanting more than 9 oz, thats all my bottles go up too.

Jess I dont sleep well even if Rhys does, I wake up at every little noise lol

As you guys can see from my pic Rhys has been sitting in his high chair when we are eating, he really likes being high enough to see us.
Do you think thats ok

So long as he can hold his head well and doesnt slump i would have thought it was ok. I put Finn in his bumbo for the first time the other day Its probably a good thing to get him used to being with you and sitting at the table while you eat, it will make weaning a whole lot less daunting for him

My bottles go up to 8oz so erm...Not sure, lol. I know hungry milk is reccomended for babies who can drain 8ozs, so does that mean once they are guzzling that much we should put them onto hungry milk? I thought you only did that if they wanted more than their tummy could fit in. Might be a question for the health visitor, or maybe ask in baby club?

Dopey: Anymore yucky sick today? Lets hope not.

Well today i feel like a human, lol! My lil man is a star! He slept 9 till 2, then till 6, then till 9. I went to sleep about 11 and his feeds were so quick i was only up about 20 mins each time then he went straight off again and didnt have me waking every 2 minutes with figiting and grunting! I propped up his cot quite a bit last night and i also laid him on his front. He went out like a light as soon as i laid him on his front The gaviscon could well be helping as well, he is definitely less sicky. Gonna go play with him a bit till 10 then try get him down again. Hopefully after a good nights sleep it might be easier to get him to stick to the 1 hour awake rule, so he doesnt get to over tired to sleep. We shall see, lol!

Missy I was quite impressed when I saw Rhys sitting in his highchair... Poppy is not quite ready for hers yet I don't think. Although I haven't tried... Actually I haven't even bought one yet!

Like Scampie said, It's good that he will get used to sitting with you at the table etc and he looks quite sturdy in there!

Albert was fine last night so i think he's ok. Phew!

Had an epiphany this morning... i've been relying on FOB far too much since we broke up. I survived without him before so i can survive without him now. I am putting myself back on the dating market, just for a bit of fub, and taking control of my life again!

we went to baby massage today - Isla was a bit sleepy though so after half an hour she got irritable and needed a feed. I'm glad I went though as I met a few local mums & we're gonna meet for coffee soon.

How's everyone today?? Any plans for the weekend? We're just gonna pop out for our daily walk in a bit to get Isla her afternoon nap.

Haha i'm not sure how well the dating thing will go - but every time i talk to a nice looking bloke i wonder if he's single Must. Not. Be. Desperate.

I've been thinking of going to baby massage, but i kind of massage in cream after his bath anyway!

Nothing planned for this weekend except prove that i don't need anyone in my life... will probably go food shopping and stuff haha

Well ive been and picked up Finns high chair from my dads after you mentioned Rhys in his missy. Thought it will be easier than sitting sideways at the table and looking down at him in his bouncer. I can sit him up pn my knee and he can hold his head perfectly well for quite a while, so i should imagine he will be fine with the back to rest it on Great idea there.

Lets go out on the pull Dopey, lol. Mind you im still trying to find time to fit in the ex, ex! He doesnt realise he cant come round for a quick shinanigan every night after work!

Ive bene thinkin about goin to baby massage and baby yoga after sam goes back to school. I seem to go mad when im stuck in the house, lol. Finn has had 2 good sleeps today, almost an hour long each and another 20 min nap. Lets hope he can have another one soon, then we will be all napped up and ready for play bath bottle and bed between 7 and 8 Today is makin babies seem easy, lol!

Ive also had a dieting thought! I hate dieting, lol! My plates are absolutely massive! And im very good at filling them and feeling obliged to finnish whats on it. So today i have bought a regular size plate, lol! And a battery for the scales. Lets see if i can lose weight by buying a plate, rofl!

Time to construct the highchair and test it out

Oh and lets see if fob turns up today as he is supposed to. He hasnt managed once yet since we split, so i doubt it!
