Just gotta move house. Other than that, nothing else that needs to be in place for us to TTC. However, we've got a couple of big holidays coming up - Australia in July and Canada next Feb/March (I know my ticker says i'm TTCing in a couple of months lol!) We've put TTCing on hold for a bit as I've probably got the colly-wobbles about it all. It's not scared-but-excited, but scared-and-properly-terrified of the prospect! But I'm also very broody 
So the latest plan is to start TTC in February/March next year. I don't want to put it off much longer as I turn 31 at the end of this year and 31/32 is always the age I've thought was a good age for a first baby.
