You're probably all going to hate me for this but having just watched it through, I'm not bothered by it tbh, I found Gail Porter more offensive. Matthew Wright let the guy stay on the phone long enough to explain things and dropped it after that. Yeah he was silly about it but that's because he didn't understand what it was, he was joking about the emotional side of things, in that he thought it was a counsellor who dealt with the mental health side of breastfeeding but once the guy explained he seemed to get it.
