Things I cannot say out loud....

God I havent been on here for weeks...sorry ladies.

SIL - Good luck giving birth today. Im really excited to meet my new niece/nephew. Im also weirdly jealous, not that I want to go through that particular hell again but I kinda miss the anticipation and excitement of being ready to pop. Oh and Im sad because this means your mum (my MIL) will care even less about Alice than she does as it is.

Me - you did so well last week, dont let the bitches in the babygroup stop you from going out. And dont beat yourself up about failing your exam. It was only by 1.5% and you only had time to revise for 4 weeks with a 3 month old!

Dear idiots on my FB - yes I support the strikes! Why are you all being a-holes about it?

MrsPop- what are you guys having strikes on. I have seen a few comments on it and I get it's about pension and benefits?

We have the Occupy Wall Street movement here and I have people ... family too, telling me that these people "need to get a job" and stop protesting and I think they have a right(and they do by law btw) to peacefully protest so I have had some heated discussions with people on it.. so I feel for you.

MrsPop, your avatar pic is gorgeous! That is one little cutie pie you have there.....PS Freya used to have that outfit! x

Aw thanks babyboo! Im going to change the pic today though, got some cute christmas outfit ones to display!

In a nutshell MissDeeDee, public sector workers (NHS staff, teachers etc) are getting fcked about with their pensions. Basically the government want to increase retirement age to 68 and reduce our pensions....all in the name of trying to save the economy which the wanker bankers fcked up!

That is our retirement age here too.. and it's bullshit.... and I would strike too.

My dad was lucky. He retired from the deputy sheriffs in California (won't say what county) at 52 (30 years on the force) and gets 80% of his salary as a pension.

I don't think that's lucky- I think it's deserved! They do a damn hard job! :)

yeah, well summed up! We realise there's a problem but they've frozen public sector pay for 3years now, despite inflation rises, now they want us to contribute more to our pension, which is fine.... But not for our sakes! It's going straight to pay the deficit! :( so no, enough is enough.

Loving the Santa pics girls! Totally gorgeous! :)

OH is a School Teacher and he hasn't had a raise in over three years. They have the pension plan now but who knows if they will try to get rid of that or not? I know they pulled that crap they're pulling in the UK in Wisconsin too. I could certainly see them trying to take it away from public servants and it pisses me off that you'd take it from people that have clearly paid into it.

I see the crap he puts up with.. he DESERVES his pension.

He does! It infuriating cos it's teachers, nurses, AHPs, firemen, police, etc that are suffering! :( I done the online calculator and it turns out, to take home the same money I'm making now I would have to have a 19% pay increase by 2014! :nope:

:hugs:

I agree completely. I'd be pissed if it happened to him and I am pissed for you guys. There is NO reason you guys should be penalized for the actions of a bunch of money hungry thieves in the financial sector.

DH: Isn't it convenient that, when I say I *need* help cleaning the house as you're making me go to your stupid work Xmas do 40 miles away, you conveniently keep having to stay late at work every night.. I CAN'T keep ontop of all this SHIT when I have a high needs baby to look after! The house needs to be in a reasonable state for when my friend looks after LO (which I'm not comfortable with anyway as I don't want to leave her yet, but you're forcing me to, so we're having to pay about £50 to get her up here by train as she's the only person I know who can actually look after a baby who hasn't already got kids! All family are 200 miles away minimum, but wouldn't help anyway I don't think) and you don't seem to give a crap! I'm not happy living in this tip, but the second I manage to find time to clean it up you run along behind me and make a mess again!

Oh, and once again, another reason I don't want to go and leave LO is I don't want to go and "socialise" with the very people that are splitting this family apart by having you prioritise them all the time!! I'm having to delay giving up dairy again as well otherwise I'll have NOTHING to eat when I'm there, so I'll end up just drinking wine and punching the directors in the face.

LO - though I'm grateful we may be coming to the end of the dreaded 4 month sleep regression, please stop taking 90 minutes to be put down for sleep of a night? Mummy and Daddy are exhausted honey and we'd like even 30 minutes of alone time together just to remember why we married each other in the first place.

Also can you please nap in your cot? My couch is getting a permanent ass print on it because you refuse to nap anywhere else but in my arms. I'm like a prisoner in my own home.

Dear Anna - Please, Please! after you have decided that 5am is time to wake up and yell, and then cry every 15 min after until 6.30 when you finally get bored and sleep... I am exhausted because OH is such a selfish pig that he can't hear you when he is asleep.... go for a nap YOU ARE TIRED!!!!!!!!!
Getting up and screaming until you are sick so that I bring you out of your bed, well guess what... I was right you were TIRED here's the proof :haha:

ps judging by the red pressure mark you had on your face, your laptop does not make a good pillow :dohh:

Dear OH - I hate ironing your shit so much that sometimes it makes me want to burn your expensive shirts with the iron :haha:
I wish you would LEARN to organise your crap for work the night before rather than come and suddenly ask me to iron this jumper, or look for socks for you, and try and blame it on ME that you are late because you will not drag yourself out of bed in time to perhaps help, when I have LO to sort out who, by the way, is not actually capable of taking care of herself... incase you hadn't realised it- you ARE, and being shit at ironing should not excuse you from doing it- learn how to!!!!!

Don't blame the strikers for striking, I'd def do the same if I was in their position! People strike all the time over here, don't have a national minimum wage so have to strike regularly to get pay rises in line with inflation.

i wish my mum lived close enough to look after lo when we go football rather than leaving her with mil and sil i know they look after her but comments like i was hoping someone i know saw me pushing her pram so i could pretend to be her mum might be a laugh but creeps me out SIL -especially when you 'accidently' called yourself mummy in front of me .

also the fact that none of you listen to me saying she doesnt like it when you keep talking in high pitched tone an inch for her face.

Oh lastly the last time i left her she wouldnt stop crying (probably overstimulated and tired) so you went out and bought gripe water and told your next door neighbours she had colic WTF?!?
