Thrush after antibiotics for a UTI?

Hey ladies, so I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and just finished a round of antibiotics for a UTI. I think I have now unfortunately developed thrush and it's killing me! So itchy and sore and irritating.

Is there anything safe I can take for pregnancy that will clear this up? Of course the doctors are closed for the weekend so I can't see my GP until Monday.

My doctor had me take monistat 7 when I was about six weeks, but sadly I found out the hard way I was allergic to it. Now I have to have vaginal nystatin tablets prescribed, which I'm on now for a yeast infection I didn't know I had until she swabbed me!
