Yes it can hun. Your body is fighting infection, so you can have a temp and generally feel ropey. Are you treating it? It makes me feel really, really crappy when I've had it in the past.

I usually get it when im run down and exhausted, so it does make me feel crappy. Not sure about the stomach pains, depending on your symptoms maybe ask at chemist or gp? Hope you feel better soon xx

I have it at the moment and it's been making me feel crappy and I keep getting tummyaches too.

have u had a swab cos i have bv which is the same syptoms but with a tumy ache and u need antibiotics to treat that hope you feel better soon! xx
