Hello ladies, I’m 4+5 , I’ve got really bad Nausea, luckily haven’t been sick, on anti sickness tablets, but the nausea is getting to me, Anyone got any tips to share?

Hey! I am 5+1 today and have had no symptoms so far, but I have read on other threads that a lot of ladies try to eat something salty to try and combat the nausea. Worth a try if you haven't already? And maybe try to eat little but fairly frequently. Hope it gets better!

thank you, I’ll try the ginger biscuits. I’m praying it passes till second trimester. Xx

I find myself more nauseous when I’m tired, so try and get as much rest as possible. Also try and look for a pattern - is it worse if you haven’t eaten? Worse if you eat too much? Etc. That can help you figure out how to move forward and limit it.

Mines is definitely worse if I don't eat little and often, which is frustrating because most of the time I don't feel hungry. I try to have yogurts, bananas, raisins to hand and force myself to have bits often x
