You cant. All pregnancy and Menstrual symptoms are the same, so really any one symptoms can be one or the other, so technically speaking there's really no such thing as an early pregnancy symptom =/
^^ wss! however i found pregnant tired does feel different to normal tired, like you could sleep stood up youre so tired. but it doesnt come until about 6 weeks x
