TMI but I need your thoughts

I will make this as brief as possible.

I usually start light bleeding/spotting about 1 1/2 week before AF starts. So my light bleeding/spotting started on Feb 27th and continued on till March 17th when I finally got AF. I had ALOT of back pain/cramping when AF started which is abnormal I never get back pain with AF. So by the 7th day of AF I figured she'd be gone....no luck. I'm still bleeding lightly, a little heavier some times, then brown other times, when its a little heavier I notice tiny littler clots on the toilet paper when I wipe (sorry TMI) sometimes the blood looks more bronze red when its lighter, but super bright red when its heavier. So all in all I've been bleeding since Feb 27th with not a single day without any type of bleeding, so 5 weeks of bleeding ranging from light to very heavy (only very heavy during AF) whats going on? any suggestions? I'm going to see my FS on the 8th but I'm just worried as to what to expect.

Have you had a change in any form of contraception or medication?x

nope no change whatsoever, no on bcp or any fertility pills at this time. Haven't been on clomid in over a year now.

I was going to ask if you'd changed any meds too... Wish I had some insight hun. I do think our bodies can do some funky stuff sometimes... Hopefully you get some helpful insight at your appt.

Thanks. My apt went ok. My FS is going to do a repeat saline sono. with contrast I nearly cried when he said that....it was so painful the last time I remember everything about it and it was just a extremely painful experience, but anyways he wants to check for polyps and tubal blockage.
