Totally confused - Vitex dosages

I recently bought Vitex (this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/Natures-Aid-199220-Agnus-Castus/dp/B000GY76FC)

Please could someone clarify, is this 100mg or 1000mg???

This was an interesting read but still doesn't clarify!

I would be frustrated and confused too! It looks like Amazon UK does carry Nature's Way brand which is what I researched and purchased. Nature's Way has voluntarily participated in independent third party Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits here in the US. For what it's worth this was long before the FDA released their final regulations for the herbal supplement industry when they started cracking down some time ago on companies selling crap products.

Participating in GMO audits ensures it's ingredients are tested at various stages throughout the production process to verify purity and potency, and finished products are tested for potency and stability by independent third-party laboratories to ensure that each supplement contains exactly what is stated on the label so you know your not buying grass clippings haha.

I picked this one as it had lots of good reviews on amazon - fingers crossed it will work!

Still not sure how much to take though. I've taken one tablet just in case!
