Trigger shot question!

Helllo!! I am taking my 10,000 hCG shot tomorrow on CD12--then on Friday and Saturday, then another 5,000 hCG shot on Sunday--THEN progesterone suppositories..has anyone done this or taken one shot, then another? If you have was it successful? Also- should we BD before I take the shot? I really just want to get this right!! Thanks for any input!!

O- I know I could ask my Dr. but I am stationed in Germany, and there is a SERIOUS language barrier..so I ask you lovely ladies!
