Hey ladies!
So I had my trigger shot at 6:45PM Saturday evening (I was terrified of my husband giving me a shot in the rear, but he was awesome and I didn't even feel it!). Was told to BD Saturday night and last night (Sunday). So we did (Friday night too! lol).
Everything I have read seems to agree that you O approximately 36 hours after the trigger. Yesterday morning, I noticed a TON of EWCM (it has been YEARS since I had that much!). This morning, I had some cramps (I have never before felt O pain, so not sure if this was it) around 10AM (about 39 hours after the trigger).
Think we timed it good? If what I felt this morning was O, we BD 11-12 hours before ovulation and 36 hours before ovulation.
