Trying To Conceive #1+ Vent Thread

Today I am very depressed.
I have been with my boyfriend for seven years last month.
We have NEVER used protection.
Last few months we have been trying clomid but ya know how that goes.


My 18 year old sister who has been with her boyfriend for one month is now pregnant.
ONE MONTH.
I'm so sad and irriated and Jealous. Trying to hide my jealousy is so hard. How can you be happy for someone who doesn't even want a baby when you want one so very very badly.

Ugh. Life Sucks.

Hi Everyone,

These are my stresses.......

- Irregular cycles
- No pregnancy since 2010. Before then, 2 tubal pregnancies resulting in removal of left tube.
- First time charting seriously so do not know what to expect.
- On first round of clomid, CD12 waiting for ovulation to occur.
- Read that clomid users don't have much success with OPK tests.
- Have not been diagnosed with PCOS but results from lab work suggested so.
- In the past, my BBT has been sporadic, all over the place vaginally and orally. Now, it looks better. Fertility Friend link below.
- Been OPK testing since CD10 and all of the tests has had the exact same results. I even tried using FMU for today's test but still the exact same results as all of the others. Photo below.
- I need to get a BB reduction at some point but do not want to have the procedure until after I'm done breastfeeding.
- DH travels for work and is only home 3 days every two weeks totaling to 6 days per month so every other day is impossible.

Hi, I'm new to this site. Please no judgments! I'm a mother of two and planning baby #3. I would love to have twins. Anyone know of any
Natural methods to ovulate 2 eggs. Known as hyper ovulation.

Has anyone had any success with soy isoflavones, folic acid and milk or other dairy produce. I've heard taking these can slightly up your chances of releasing two eggs.

Look forward to hearing from you ladies who have been successful with trying for twins and from those who are trying any of the above or other methods to try to hyper ovulate.

New to this site, but feeling a little anxious. Had "old blood" the day before my period, which only lasted 3 days. Normally, I don't have"old blood" at all, my periods last between 4-5 days and my last day was very light, which is unlike the usual. My husband and I have already gone through 1 MC about a year ago. We are hoping to be one of the lucky ones soon.

oh nooooo, thank you for posting this info; i'm also on my first round of Clomid and i didn't know this. lol i am reading this 5 minutes after i took my first OPK of the month (CD9 for me). and your OPKs look JUST like mine did.

Insert sigh here...I have been trying to conceive since 2010 My specialist diagnosed me with unexplained fertility back and I am tired! A couple days ago I found out that I did not get a BFP from my last IUI with injectables which makes round 5. At first I started off with 6 rounds of Clomid and IUI then moved to injectables with IUI. I am starting injection tomorrow for round 6 and I do not know how to feel. I am all over the place My hormones are on 1 million and I just cannot take another failed cycle. My husband and I just want a little one and seems so far away. I know people are going to say hang in there but it is rough. We have not told our families because that will be added pressure. I try to stay positive but it is hard. I know that after this last round of IUI my doc is going to want to do IVF. It is so expensive and more invasive. I am trying to stay positive. Is there any ladies out there that had success after 5 or more IUI's? I am going to think positive and hope that God saved the best for last and will be bringing us an addition to the family soon.

I'd say a lot of the ladies who have been through IUI and have been TTC for a couple of years would hang out around the Long Term TTC and the assisted conception threads so maybe that would be a good place to speak to others who've been through similar situations, but you may be able to get some advice if they pop in here too

So I've come to the conclusion that the internet is not helpful when someone thinks they are pregnant. Everything I google keeps telling me that all signs point to pregnant. We will find out what the verdict is tomorrow. Hubby will be by my side when I take my pregnancy test in the AM. I have had some acne pop up on my chin lately that is WAY out of the norm for me paired with mild headaches. Not to mention the old blood before and after my shortened period.

Ugh I was just told this in a preggy group on FB I belong to! "I know ur really trying to have a baby, but I onow that when I was stressing about becoming pregnant it didnt happen but when I gave up on the idea it did!" OMG I hate when people tell me that over and over!!!! Sorry I need a rant! It's sooooo hurtful when it's obvious that particular person has no issues having a baby or getting preggy! Ahhhhh!! Makes me want to cry and pull my hair out!

I really wish I could back to when I was little and really thought that storks actually brought babies and baby making had nothing to do with peeing on A LOT of stuff. Also I would really like to tell my younger self not to spend all that $ or stress or embarrassment on birth control and save it for OPK and HPTs and maybe therapy...

I just want to cry I've been ttc for 16months! There's properly other ladies who have been ttc longer than me but I'm just so tired and emotional is it ever Gunna happen will I ever get a bfp!! Or even be mum for that matter ... It's even more up setting because dh wants it just as much as me! .... If it don't happen this month (7days left until testing).. I'm Gunna try again next cycle (month17) as i've bought conceive plus.... And if I don't get a bfp I'm taking a break from it all !!
