TTC#1 new to all this! OPK worth it?

Hi everyone, his is my 3rd month TTC and am now in my 2weekwait. Any tips on how not to go insane???lol.
Yes every twinge is a poss symptom and constantly think about it.
Was thinking next month trying OPK- s it worth t?

totally worth it for me i get the 20 pack at walmart answer brand. I start 3 days after period 2 times a day. The directions say to start the day after your period but i dont i start 3 days after and i show a ovulation every month like clock work! Hope you get your BFP

Thanks! Trying not to get too Worried if doesn't work this month as only 3rd cycle, but might as well give it as good a shot as poss for next month if that's the case.

it is easier for me than the random approach im to controling and NEED to know just when to hit it the hardest. But I also go with my body as well I usually can feel slight sharp pains or cramping during ovulation and sore boobs. like my period is coming.
