What about life other than ttc?! I am an elementary teacher, so that keeps me very busy. I love my job a lot, but am working quite a distance from home this year and finding the commute on top of a full day to be a lot. I will survive though Hubby and I have a puppy who also brings a lot of smiles and laughter to our lives- thank goodness for him!

So yes! That's me in a very narrow nutshell

I am a Nursery Practioner in a private school. So I look after snobs children who are with me because they get in the way of their parents careers. Sad huh!!

I have 2 cats and a rabbit! Would LOVE a puppy but DH has said we have enough pets and could possibly have a baby soon (fingers xd)

My sister had my neice at the tender age of 17 so I help out with her and often have her over night I adore her but of course Im super jealous of my sister!

I have been with my husband for 7 years and been married for 2. We own our own house and have a King Charles Spaniel, Charlie, who is 6 and a tabby cat, Merlin, who is 1.

I have an 11 year old son, Will, from a previous relationship (if you can call it that!), however his father didn't stick around so I was a single parent. My Husband, who has brought Will up with me since the age of 4, now has parental responsibility for him.

I work as an assistant manager in a restaurant part time, and my Husband works in a car garage.

I'm 29, I'll be 30 in January so I'm occupying myself with organising big celebrations!!

And about me! Im jenni and im 21 been with my oh for three years in july just gone but weve been childhood sweet hearts for ten years now. Oh is also 21 and a tool setter who recently been off for two months due to loosing part of his index finger while participating in his hobby of working on cars. I work with animals and have two dogs four rabbits and fish.

Forgot to add I am 22 and I have been married to my husband for 2 years and together for 5 years.

Jenni, It is nice we are similar in age! While waiting in the fertility clinic I over heard one of the nurses on the phone saying that the criteria for IVF has changed and they now fund it for people aged between 23 - 35!! Obviously it depends on circumstances but it sounds good to me! I am 23 in novemeber, although i'm sure the waiting list is years long so it makes no difference!!

I think it's wrong that they should put age restrictions on things like this, it really makes me mad!!

Galaxy girl how long have you being trying for? Kudos to your marriage by the way round by me thats unheard of at our age!!
vbm yes i have! Unfortunatly my body has decided i shouldnt use them as af showed last week for four days went away and came back yesterday with a vengance!! But on a nicer note double checker with dr and he has refered us just waiting now xx

Feel like i need to vent some emotions today girls, had an awful day yesterday and got really upset. Found out that my boss is pregnant, she managed to get a bfp on her first cycle of trying! I know it's wrong but this made me really mad Well not mad, envious probably. Do u know what i mean? Obviously she doesn't know about my situation as we've not told anybody. Now I'm going to dread working with her as it's all she's going to talk about! I'm not sure I really now how to cope with this situation. Emotions all over the place and nobody to talk to.

I know how you feel vbm you want to be happy for them but you want to hate them too for getting something so easy!!!

i need your help! My af was the 16th for three days as normal on time... It was a little lighter and id been spotting from the 14th. On the 26th two days ago i started bleeding heavily so bad im soaking through clothes feel dizzy and dont want to eat as well has really bad abdomen pain and lower back pain ive phoned the 111 service and explained to them they keep asking if im pregnant and now want me to go up to my local a and e within the next four hours. Im so scared whats going on?!! Xx

I have been TTC for 22 months now. First few months were NTNP but hoping for a BFP.

I get super envious of people who announce their pregnancies. My stomach actually does that horrible kind of flip when someone announces it's horrible. It's really hard to smile and say congratulations!

Did you go down to a&e jenni? I've not had that before, it certainly doesn't sound very nice, and I can imagine you being quite worried! Let us know how you got on! xx

hiya, well went to a&e last night was there til midnight and got there at 7. The Triage nurse i saw said it could be a very early miscarrige but there is no way of knowing for definate

Oh dear Jenni, thats awful. Hope you're starting to feel better? Have your symptoms died down yet?

Yes it's so hard when people announce their pregnancies. It seems to be happening all around me at the moment. Makes me feel like a horrible person when I don't feel happy for them though Yes we were NTNP for 6 months before ttc so inculding that it would make it 22 months for us also, however its starting to feel like an eternity! Only 10 days to go until my appointment tho

I feel better today stil bleeding and cramping but not as bad. On the bright side our appointment letter has come through oh has sa appt on the 5th nov and then on the 12th of nov we get out outpatient appointment finally some movement after 3 years!!! Vbm i wasnt happy for my friend while she was pregnant wither her ds but ive come to terms with it now its did take a while and sometimes i look back and hate myself for being a crappy friend but they had only ben trying two months and along came leyton. Were as myself and my oh are on exactly 3 years today invluding ntnp phase xx

Great news that you've got your appointments through Jenni! It's always such a relief to get a date for them, makes you feel like you're actually getting somewhere. My DH was fine with SA he's pretty laid back too, just tell him to try not to think about it or make a big deal about it. Does he have to produce the sample at the hospital or at home? Our hospital is pretty close so DH could produce the sample at home and then take it straight in. Being able to do it at home takes the pressure off a bit and allows you to relax, plus I'm there to give a helping hand haha

He hasn't said as much but i can tell he's nervous but on the letter it states he can have partner with him so im sure ill be able to encourage haha

It's great news im super excited now because were moving some were after three years!!
