TTC #2 taking a while after #1 was conceived very quickly... anyone else?

My DD has made 2 comments yesterday about her "brother" that I have in my tummy. Its strange as I have not really talked to her about ttc....and its also strange she keeps saying "brother" as any other time I have asked her if she wants a brother or sister she says sister...as most little girls would say. But she keeps saying I have a brother in my tummy....at the moment im only in my fertile week but maybe she can detect that I will conceive a boy soon? I hope so! She is so lonely being an only child! And would make a great big sister

I'm on cycle 4 TTC #2 and DD only took 2 cycles. I turned 35 this year so that's probably a big factor but I appear to be ovulating regularly.

My DD will randomly talk about her baby sister every now and then and I want to give her one so bad! My SIL who is younger than me just had her second so I feel the pressure.

I'm 5dpo today and itching to POAS already! I had a chemical in June and hope to get sustainable pink lines his month!

I'm another struggling to conceive number 2.

We conceived our Daughter second month of NTNP and she was born in September 2012.

We were planning for a 3 year ish age gap , so started trying August last year in case it took a few months.... well one year on and nothing! My cycles started going all over the place in June last year, sometimes missing a whole month, sometimes 3 months at a time. Dr completed blood tests and diagnosed me with mild PCOS & my thyroid levels are borderline. Been prescribed thyroxine & metformin but as of yet only taking thyroxine. Has also lost 22lbs in weight to try and help it along. My cycles have gotten more regular since April (5/6 weeks which is not perfect , but better!) but my body is not ovulating as not had a positive OPK. I believe my body is trying to ovulate as a line comes up, but it never gets as dark as the control line. I then come on 7 days later , so short LP as well. Going to start vitex & B6 as well.

REALLY want to have a sibling for Anabella

Out of curiosity, with #1 were you temping and using opk's? Or did it take you 18 months to conceive WITH using those tools? Fx it happens straight away this time!

Has anyone ever had a slow temp rise after O? Im sure I O'd yesterday due to my positive opks and I could feel O pain on the left....never felt anything like that before, it was like a sharp pain/ache only on the left and it lasted about 30 min-1 hr. My nipples are also very sore and I felt gassy/bloated yesterday. I expected my temp to rise today, but it barely made a rise. It seems to be slowly rising, but do you NEED a big sudden temp rise for FF to say you O'd? Last month I had a good rise, but this month the ovulation symptoms were SO much more obvious than last month. Also, when I temped I must've kicked my blanket off at some point because my legs werent covered, maybe that accounts for a lower temp? I hope I O'd....i dont know how much more bd I can do!

Going to see a naturopath on Saturday (which coincidentally is the same day I'm likely to test). Not seeing her specifically about ttc but that will also be discussed.

Hello...not sure if it's okay if I join. I got pregnant with my son right away...2nd cycle ttc off of the bcp. My cycle went right back to normal and I was able to temp and find ov date on the pill. Fast forward to now....I had to change that bcp due to excessive bleeding and when I got off it took me 50+ days to ov. Yup, I saw it right....I was pregnant last time and this time haven't even had the chance to try! I finally ov'ed and am now 7dpo. We only bd'ed once before so I am not expecting anything.

I also have a call into my doc since this whole cycle (until 3 days ago) my temps have been super low. I was thinking maybe low progesterone and I think my temp spike coincides with an estrogen surge. So to me I would think this means the progesterone couldn't do it alone.

Today I hv been feeling cramps and from 1dpo, I hv been feeling lotsa movement in my belly. I think my body is honestly going hay wire!
