Hi ladies I came on today after 3rd month of trying now I'm starting over again, I have a question for you when's the best time to start using opk? I norm get pain but last ovulation I didn't xxx

I think it depends on the length of your cycle. Mine is 28 days and my OPK days to start testing on CD 9.

Mine is roughly 34 days xxx

yeah it really depends on length of cycle. most women typically have a 14 day LP so if you can count back from the end of your last AF 14 days you can get a rough estimate of when you Od. So if you would have a 14 day LP you would O around CD20 based on a 34 day cycle. So I would start using OPKs about a week before you are supposed to O due to fluctuation in O dates. You can start with testing once a day and then when you get about three days out start testing twice a day. My cycles range from 24 days to 28 days so I O anywhere from CD10 to CD14 so I usually start testing once a day right after my AF is done since I usually have a 5 day AF.
