Hi, my husband and I have just started "not preventing" pregnancy. Anyway, I really just started paying attention to my cervical mucus, ovulation symptoms, ect.. last month. Last month I noticed stretchy abundant CM for about 3 days and I had cramping so I figured I must have been ovulating around that time. This time I purchased the answer OPK to help me determine better when I ovulate. Anyway, we were just on vacation for the weekend (Fri, Sat and Sun). We did not have intercourse Fri or Sat and I noticed my CM was stretchy and thick both days. I figured I probably had another day to be safe so on Sunday when we came home I tested with my OPK and got a positive result. We had intercourse Sunday evening, however I noticed my CM was not stretchy or abundant anymore on Sunday. Now today (Mon) I am still getting a very positive line on my OPK test strip, however my CM seems to be much lighter, thin and sticky. Not stretchy at all. My question is, did I miss my window for ovulation? Should we keep at it anymore this week? I am sad as I think I may have OV'd this weekend. Thanks so much!
