Gypsy: That's hard when it's your normal symptoms! I'm exact opposite in that I really don't have symptoms for either though imagine it'd be harder having symptoms that could be either.
I'm hoping the increased agitation is a good thing though.
I've been meaning to ask, do you think the grapefruit juice helped with cm? If so, when did you start drinking it and how much / often? I'm contemplating on picking some up. I'm just a little uncertain as I don't like grapefruit, so I doubt I'd like the juice lol but I'd be will if it helped.
cns: I was reading how sleep deprivation just pretty much fries your hormones. I hadn't really given it much thought until recently, but it makes a lot of sense. I did make my goal, I think 6.5 hours, but have been falling short, but definitely working it.
Glad it's the last day of AF! Are you doing opks again? When are you going to start them?
AFM, I actually managed 8.5 hours of sleep last night. I could barely stay up from the little sleep the other night. I did end up discarding the last 2 temps though. This morning's was better.
So far just spotting today. We'll see if it increases at all over today. I'm thinking it won't though, so a 3 day AF.
Started the soy isoflavones last night.
CD 4 today. I ordered more opks yesterday. I'm probably going to start around CD 10 in case the SI worked. If I don't get a positive opk or any fertility signs within maybe 5 days I'll probably stop the opks until I start noticing some changes. Not really sure. I haven't quite decided how I'm going to do it, but I certainly don't want to repeat last month and be testing daily from CD 5 lol I'm just praying that the SI help me ovulate at a more reasonable time. If it's CD 40 again, that's Christmas Eve. Otherwise FF is predicting my possible O days between December 14 - 20 (CD 30 - 36).
