Tuna?

What age can they eat tuna? I've not really introduced meat yet into Erin's diet but was thinking of giving her some tuna... just wondered if anyone knew when it was ok to do this?

Tinned tuna is fine from 6 months, but limit it to twice a week for baby girls (four times for boys). Buy it in spring water or sunflower oil, avoid the ones with brine as it contains too much salt.
