Perky- I remember being so frustrated because I want having any real symptoms at first! I had more CM than usual, crampy, and I had one day that I felt off and woozy. It was weird.

Joie last week I thought I was out of the woods for nausea this week seems a little stronger but hoping it stays to go down now.
Yes Perky it's already been four weeks since my last ongyn appt! I'm excited to see her today she said we would try to hear the heart beat today it helps to work with these specialists as I do not need to take a day off work i run up on my break to see them.
Ttc I ordered it but they sent me a finger sat probe instead :s I was soo disappoined I've been writing them back and forth to get the problem fixed as I really want to have it.

So this weekend the weather was horrible I had to stay at the hospital because i was on call... During my boredom I decided I would try our bedside ultrasound..Wow the baby is already so much bigger and this time I could see the heart flickering! (Tech never showed me last time) the baby was just moving around I had tears in my eyes I was so happy to see it doing soo well.

Purple- omg I'd be so mad!! My goal is to try to limit myself to twice a week dopplers. Haha... let's see how well that works.
I'm sorry the nausea is in full swing. It's so hard to function when it hits. Lately it hits in the morning for about 15-30 min and about an hour in the evening. It's usually fairly mild. My biggest struggle is staying hydrated. I went from drinking 60-80oz of water to HATING water. I have to force myself to drink Gatorade and it's been a struggle.

I have to wrap all my gifts today. Tomorrow I work and then we are driving an hour and a half to Justin's family Christmas. Ughh... rough day ahead. Then it's my family on Sat and we are doing nothing on Sunday. Thank god!!!! I need a rest day...

Good Morning Lovely Ladies,

Illa - Back pain is the worst in the morning. I have the Boppy Pregnancy Wedge and use it when I am sleeping. It really does give me extra support while I sleep, however, I move around a lot in bed and it doesn't move with me so I am constantly moving it when I move. I think I am going to look into a body pillow next. I have been doing spinning 4x times a week and i can stretch my back out on the bike in ways i couldn't otherwise, so that really provides relief too. Stretching it out feels soooo good! Where have you been traveling too?

Joie - That is so exciting about your Doppler, I should be getting mine tonight and cannot wait to try it! You are going to do some crazy nesting when you get into the house, I am already getting the itch to nest. But i have told myself to hold off until 6 months to start. It will be so cool to decorate your own house and baby room etc. The Christmas eve announcement sounds great, such a wonderful Christmas surprise!! How are you going to do it?

Perky - already 4dpo, going fast! When are you going to start testing? You have to post pics when you start so we can all get out POAS fix!

Purple - send us updates as soon as possible, I am anxiously awaiting at work! That is great that you can use the US at work, I would be using it all the time. That stinks about your Doppler, hopefully they can rectify the situation soon - you need that Doppler!!

Zoe - Welcome to our little group! Just going with the flow is a great strategy. And can't wait to hear all about your journey!

AFM - I cannot wait to see the little bean only 5 more days and in between its Christmas to keep me busy! Question - have you ladies been bringing DH with you to your appointments? I think this will be the last one I bring him too unless I really need him there for something.

Still no symptoms other than the back thing, which is weird because I am not carrying a belly yet so why would my back be hurting? No bump yet I think it is just bloat, I cannot wait to get the bump. I am a crazy person and have been googling baby bumps to see when other women start to show. Can't Wait!

Perky I agree with TTC upload pix when you start testing!!

TTC Five days is it another US or is it just an appointment with the OBGYN? I have not brought DH to theses only to the US as it's more talking than anything at these appointments plus bloodwork results today from the what felt like dozens of tubes taken last time lol..

When I get home tonight I'll post my first US compared to the one I did this weekend because DH wasn't with me I took pictures of the screen and made a little video of the heart beat lol I'm a nerd

TTC that's crazy that you have no symptoms other than the back pain! I noticed last night that the top of my boobs were crazy sore. They already went up a cup size... what is this?!?! Haha I've been fairly fortunate too though.
I bought my mom a countdown to grand baby frame instead of the ornament. I'm gonna put the US pic in there.

Purple they just said it was most likely old blood from implantation since it was brown. It occurred for about 5 days and stopped a day before my ultrasound I haven't had it since!!

I'm not gonna have DH come until probably the 20week anatomy US. He doesn't need to be there for the boring stuff. We can hear the heartbeat on our home Doppler and it'd a hassle to try to figure out a day to go with both our schedules.

Hi Ladies,
I really wish I knew you guys earlier, I would have done so much better, Y'all are a fertile bunch and oh so supportive of one another. I love women that support women!! I got married on the 13th of August this year and I have been TTC since then, been driving me crazy and I really couldn't share with anyone not even my DH cos I didn't want him all worried which he might be! Reading through this all thread, I feel as if I know you all. Congrats to all the mothers, I just read through your thread of worry and then joy and obsessive craziness, I have cried and cried thru this four months after each AF, still trying to get used to the acronyms. HI JOIE, PERKY, TTCover 30, and all of u! Sorry if I didnt mention your name. Hope the end of the trimester is great. My hubby is 38, I am 27, I have a regular 28day cycle, I am CD 16 around Perky's time, I missed my ovulation day but we BD'D two days before. I am so worried... I hope I get support and knowledge from U all! Sorry for the Novel!! u guys might be all I have.

TTC and Purple: I know, right?!! I have to say that being crazy busy at work has made the time fly by this cycle. I will totally update you all when I first test, I promise. I'm going to try to hold out until maybe Dec 31. TTC I'm glad to hear that spinning is helping the back pain. Do you think it may be from your pelvic ligaments stretching? Like referred pain from the pelvis?

Joie, I'm so glad to hear that the spotting stopped! Good news and it totally makes sense! Also, your mom is going to FLIP when she gets the photo! Can't wait to hear about it :-D!

AFM, I have some more inlaws that are coming into town on Sunday for the holiday so we are getting excited about that.

Welcome MzM!!! It's quite a journey!! I've learned everything from this board. I waited one cycle after I took out my iud and just said "if it happens.." and then in Nov we got serious and I started using opk's and temping and we got our BFP!
It's a process... a very emotional and trying process. I wish you all the luck!! You're currently in your two week wait? How exciting!!! That was such a stressful time and I can't believe how long ago it feels like. I swear the first 6 weeks of being pregnant felt like 6 months!! Haha!!!

I wish you all the luck in the world. Let us know if you have any questions, complaints, things to vent about.... haha... these ladies are amazing!

Perky- the same thing happened to me at first!!! I was soooo hot at night I would sweat through my clothes! Bigger boobs are always good too... 9 days till you test... I can't wait!

MzM, It's nice to meet you! I echo everything Joie just said. and I feel you with the disappointment with AF. We missed our O day bding last month because DH was sick and I was MORTIFIED. Be encouraged because you are totally not out of the game yet! Illa got pregnant bding every other day . And lots of other women do. You are TOTALLY still in the game. how many dpo are you today? Any symptoms?!

also, MZM, my sister in law is 5 months pregnant and got pregnant after 6 months of trying. So trying for 3 months is not abnormally long for you at all .

Perky - I think you are right, having to do with the stretching of muscles, I am going to ask my OB on Tuesday.

MzM4 - Welcome! I am so sorry you are having a hard time. What is your typical routine each month and maybe we can give you some advice of what worked for us? Do you Temp, do you check your CM, do you use a fertility app like FF to keep track? I wouldn't get discouraged that you didn't BD on your O date, Spermies last 3-4 days.

On a side note, since it has been 4 months, would you and DH be open to getting his semen analyzed? Sometimes it isn't the women's issue at all and could be that the male isn't producing enough sperm? My DH had to take Pregyl shots every morning because he had low testosterone. He was excited because Pregly is actually banned from MLB as an enhancement drug. lol.

Thanks Joie, I am happy for U! I can imagine, my younger sis says the same, she is just a month+, this is her second baby....I am in my two week wait yes! Its killing me already, it is 2dpo for me now. How early can I check or test? from yours it was 11dpo right??

Thanks Perky, I have no symptoms at all. But yeah we would keep Bd'ing just for d fun of it...lol. just incase though. I am 2dpo today? U? Yes I read Illa's Story. God's time yeah. Its crazy especially not having anyone who truly understands but now I do...so I am also switching between trying to act all "I am ok not nervous @ all"

Yes! I did one at 10dpo and it was stark white. My cheap strip picked up more color than the first response test did at 11dpo! I am a huge fan of those and will always advocate them to people now because of that!! I am so excited for you and Perky to get your BFP's. It's such a surreal feeling....
