Congratulations! I'm not sure if you saw my post but exact same thing just happened to me, only mine are in seperate sacs. The bleeding hasn't came back so far. Were they able to date you and see heartbeats?

Subchorionic hematomas are fairly common, I had a big bleed at 6 weeks due to one and I'm doing fine now! Did they tell you to take it easy, avoid heavy lifting, go on at least pelvic rest, and to drink lots of water? Fingers crossed the bleeding stops!

Two heartbeats. One measured 6 +1 and the other 6+4. I have to see a specialist next week as they are Mono twins. Sharing same yolk sac. Apparently the riskiest twins. Bleeding has stopped yay

I finally got to see heartbeats yesterday too, 126 each, both measuring 6 and 3. I'm beyond relieved.
I spotted yesterday again but feel better after she pointed the sub hemorrhage out to me and explained it more.
