u/s coming up

Last u/s went well, saw the hb! My 10 week u/s is coming up on Tuesday.. I'm thinking this preg is going well so far, still having symptoms and even lower abdominal pain which I believe to be my body stretching and making room for the baby. I lost my first baby at 10 weeks so this upcoming scan is kind of a big deal in a way for me. I don't know what to expect and I don't want to get my hopes up. I just want first trimester to be over with already!!
