Ugh, bumps on back of tongue

I started feeling like something really dry was stuck on the back of my tongue. I tried drinking more liquids but it didn't go away. Sure enough, one look at the back of my tongue with a flashlight and I can see raised bumps of various sizes. I just saw my O.B. today, darnit. Maybe I can get an appointment tomorrow. Google is useless. I can't really find anything.

They might just be what they call 'lie bumps' they are just inflamed taste buds and go down by themselves, I usually get them only in pregnancy, annoying but harmless xx
