Ultra sensitive?

Where do y'all buy these ultra sensitive tests? Besides online ...
Also I read that sometimes they say positive bc of a women's normal hcg level in the body? Any input/ experience?

In my own experience FRER tests are the most sensitive with the clearest lines. I have used a variety of ic's and dollar store tests and none show as defined as a frer.
I have never had a false positive with any tests but have had Evaps.
