Breakfast: 200ml plain greek yoghurt with 2 tablespoons fruit puree, one banana and 100ml muesli
Snack: usually a piece of fruit
Lunch: Two pieces of bread, two slices of ham, two slices of cheese, some sliced cucumber, 4 small pieces of pickled herring
Snack: Couple biscuits or piece of fruit or repeat of lunch
Dinner: Two small potatoes or one large one, 150gish meat, medium sized bowl of salad
Pretty specific cos I recently had to write up my meals for a nutritionist - calories averaged out at about 2800 calories a day so good amounts if you want to gain a little weight as its more than the recommended amount of calories
