Unusual request - your daily food

Breakfast: 200ml plain greek yoghurt with 2 tablespoons fruit puree, one banana and 100ml muesli
Snack: usually a piece of fruit
Lunch: Two pieces of bread, two slices of ham, two slices of cheese, some sliced cucumber, 4 small pieces of pickled herring
Snack: Couple biscuits or piece of fruit or repeat of lunch
Dinner: Two small potatoes or one large one, 150gish meat, medium sized bowl of salad

Pretty specific cos I recently had to write up my meals for a nutritionist - calories averaged out at about 2800 calories a day so good amounts if you want to gain a little weight as its more than the recommended amount of calories
 
breakfast: big plate of fruit
lunch: smoothie
dinner: carb + salad + maybe dessert xD


today i had:

plate of pinapple
banana mango chia seed smoothie
vegan bean burrito + salad + date square
 
Breakfast: Porridge Oats.
Snack: Apple or a handful of strawberries.
Dinner: Salad, fat free yoghurt & packet of french fries.
Tea: Varies from curry, pasta salad, WW meal, Toast and Ravioli, etc.

What's the difference between dinner and tea? I thought it was the same thing x

Some people say dinner instead of lunch and tea instead of dinner :]

I officially started my diet today (boo!) and a typical day will be..

Breakfast: Bowl of Special K with semi-skimmed milk and maybe a banana/yoghurt
Lunch: Chicken, lettuce, boiled eggs, carrot sticks, beetroot, ryvita
Dinner: Salmon, new potatoes and steamed veg
Snacks: Banana/pear/cup-a-soup

An unhealthy day would include Nutella, black forest gateau and chocolate digestives to dunk!

For things like roast potatoes, I'd probably have 3. X
 
Breakfast- 2 pieces of toast with butter and a cuppa tea
Snack- An apple
Lunch- Usually a ham sandwich, piece of fruit, yoghurt and sometimes a bag of crisps
Snack- Another apple after work usually
Supper- Something like spag bol, lasagne, curry etc
