LO isnt really eating any solids at all, he has the odd bit of finger food, but he just throws it away. This wouldnt normally bother me (my second son didnt really eat until 15 months) but LO is sleeping quite badly still. He wakes up 5+ times a night, and I think he is hungry, not just habit. SO, the last couple of days, I've tried him with porridge and he loved it. He ate loads of the stuff.
Is it ok to use formula on his porridge, rather than me expressing and using that? I never get hardly anything out with a pump (I know most people dont get much anyway), and with three young kids, I really dont get the time either. It will probably only be about half a cupful a day. Is there any reason why I shouldnt?
Cheers :flower:

I have used whole cow's milk for porrige...cant be arsed to pump!

Whole cows milk is fine for cooking and cereal after 6 months so you don't need to bother with formula if you don't want to

We have always used whole cows milk for cereal and cooking xx
