Does anyone know how to close a very account. I have recieved my order and paid in full so just looking to close it, but it doesn't seem very straight forward

Lol i opened one in my Nannys name(she told me to) to buy my LOs present from her. Just didn't want them torturing her. Il see what they are like sure thanks x

I opened one last year for the 30 of a 60 spend but didn't use it again, they sent me another code This year for the same offer so it might be worth keeping x

It might be worth keeping open but not using. After a couple of months they'll start sending 30 off 50 codes etc to entice you to shop again so maybe useful.

You would have to pretend to be your Nanny in order to close it as it needs to be done over the phone. But they could have you over for fraud. Leave the account inactive if you have no other intention to buy from there. They are the worst catalogue company you come come into contact with.
