Sanatogen here too. I'm not taking the omega 3 ones though as I can't with my other medication. Just wanted to make sure I get Iron and Calcium into me as these were the issues last time.
I take the 'Ultimate Woman' multivitamin (lol) which has a bunch of stuff including 800mcg of folic acid. I Also take a calcium supplement.
I try to get vitamins through my diet as much as possible - yogurt milk cheese, apples bananas blueberries peaches, spinach tomatoes cucumbers zucchini, nuts whole grain bread and cereal, and red meat and grilled fish, etc etc! Also i try to drink plenty of water. Of course there is the 'occasional' cupcake or burrito now isn't there
