Weighing LO

Its chucking it down with rain here and Im due to take Ben to be weighed, he hasnt been weighed since he was 7 weeks as I decided to leave it a week for week 8 and then last week I was invited out elsewhere ... so its been 3 weeks and he really should be wieghed.

How often do you get your LO weighed?

Do i brave the tropical storm thats unfolded ?? (I have to get the bus) cos I really dont want to seem like a bad mother who doesnt care and I dont want the HV to think that either The other option is to get him weighed friday when I go to mother and baby class.

when Brooke was smaller i went every 3 weeks, now i go once a month

it seems a fine line between being too 'obsessed' and genuine caring - dont want to be too obsessed as the fact of his weight gain/loss would begin to worry me.

well get them weighed too often and you dont see a real pattern form, leave it too long and you wont either

i do try to stick to a routine of getting it done every 3 or 4 weeks though as i think it helps you to see their progress better it the intervals are always the same

As said above i think there's a fine line too.
