I'm only a senior TCS analyst right now, my goal this year is to mentor the team and if I do that well then this time next year I am hoping for the Team/Technical lead position.
My list is a daunting one, but I'll git 'er done!
Sorry your DD's are taking all of your time! I'm thinking of ordering in GF pizza for dinner tonight. What about make your own pizza? We used to do that as kids. Mom would buy some English muffins and split them in half. Then get some pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce, mozzarella, green pepper, pepperoni, mushrooms or whatever else you and the family like and voila! They each make their own pizza, pop them in the oven for 10-15 mins and voila! Dinner!
