Sorry...I've been typing on my iPhone and autocorrect is almost as big of a witch as AF! I meant to say in my previous post of my pg test that my faint pink line is considered a BFP NOT BFN! Sorry for any confusion. Ironically though, I tested this morning and nothing. The second line disappeared . I'm 11dpo today and was hoping for a darker line then my 10dpo faint positive, but no such luck. Btw, my bbt went up even higher this morning. Doesnt that indicate pg? My urine was a little diluted this morning. I think I'm going to abstain from drinking liquids for 4-5 hours and test again. Has this happened to anyone? Any other suggestions? I'm trying not to freak out.

I've never ever had a BFP (to my knowledge), so it could be that you just need to use a very concentrated pee. If you are only 11dpo today, give it until tomorrow. These things sometimes take time.

You are welcome!!! When it is still early, the type of test you are using and the concentration of your urine make all the difference. Here is hoping that it is nice and dark in a few more days time!

The doctors office called at 430p and said they wouldnt have the results today because the blood didnt get to the lab until 330p this afternoon. UGH!!!! They suck. So tomorrow I will know

Omg crossing fingers and toes for you and Slamdunc! Ali you're next and we will have a baby bump quintet with Angel. I hope this thread proves lucky for everyone. Lord knows I need people to talk me off a ledge when I feel like I'm not prego, or that I'm going to lose it. I know there is nothing I can do, but I hope this sticks and grows into a healthy baby. I wish May 8th was this week!!

LONG time no talk ladies!!!! I missed you guys and have wanted to pop in and chat but just have had to take a break from this roller coaster. I had another miscarriage in February which made it 3 in 7 months. Thankfully my doctor then recommended me to a perinatal specialist. I've had a whole battery of bloodwork done and everything is normal. Then just the other day I had the sonohysterogram and again...normal. This is good news but also makes you wonder why this is happening. So the doctor told us not to this cycle but everything I read says that you are way more likely to get pregnant after having a sonohystereogram!! Some people say it's totally fine to continue to ttc that cycle. What do you guys think??? He said that it could cause a loss because we disturbed the lining... but man...I think I would rather take the chance... thoughts????

I did an IUI the same month as the HSG. It flushes things out so I've heard the same thing as you, that it is better to do so just after. So I would go for it. I guess you just have to be prepared for a MC, since you have had a few Have you discussed a LPD (luteal phase defect)? If so, progesterone can help that. I don't think you have any issues getting pregnant, it just sounds like you can't keep them. So I would question them about your progesterone the next time you get pregnant. I would also ask them about clotting factors, and possibly testing the fetus/embryo after your next MC (hopefully you don't have another). Another thing to discuss is lovenox, it is prescribed to women after they get their BFP to help keep your blood thin to prevent a MC. So there are things that they can do for you. You just have to go see a high risk OBGYN.


It looks like we have 2 BFP's (BabyWhisperer and AngelSerenity) and 2 that are waiting to be confirmed (Slamdunc and JandK). So we have possibly 4 women pregnant right now!!!

I'm starting on my FET TODAY, with transfer on May 17th

Puking would suck, but at least I'd know that it was growing.

Have you given thought to going to Cornell in the city? They do monitoring in Garden City office too. I cannot speak more highly of my Dr and his team. Zero aggravation and they are #2 in the country. People fly in from all over the world to see him. It's worth it.

I got a faint positive. I called Karen in to verify and she saw it too. Calling the fertility clinic as soon as they open. Im still in shock. Never been pregnant. BFP!!!!!

High temp is good. Did you use the same brand of HPT? Try with first morning urine next time. When I was pg with my DD, the first test I got a faint line on 9DPO on a strip test then fainter ones on 11 DPO and 12dpo on drugstore tests. I don't remember the brands. :/

I was worried because with the other pregs. I had medium to strong lines right away that never faded but with her it seemed to be going lighter on the different brand tests.

I didn't take another until 20dpo with FMU and it was dark then.

Welcome back babydust2me! We have missed you. Sorry to hear you had another miscarriage I had a bfp in February but then had a miscarriage and d & c in March. So technically there have been 6 bfp's if you and I are included. I really felt like it was our last chance since I am turning 42 in July Like you, I had all the tests done and everything came back normal also. So I know how you feel not having answers. It is up to you and your dh if to ttc this cycle. Maybe you can ask the doctor why he recommends waiting? Dh and have the all clear to again after 1 month of abstinence. I have zero libido. Miscarriage has been very difficult on us. My mother in law loves to be spoiled on Mother's day. We take her our to lunch and buy her gifts. She is all excited about Mothers day and keeps talking about it everytime she phones me but it will be a difficult day for me.

Matin-Thank you for those hopeful and kind words😊. I really helps ease the worry. With both of my DS's I knew super early and had dark lines immediately, but every pregnancy is different. I used my fmu today, but it was a little diluted. I kept going pee throughout the night and drank water because I was so flipping HOT! Does anyone else get hot flashes? They just started when my temp started spiking. Are you trying to conceive this month? Baby dust!

i am taking another test in the morning. right now im crampy and spotting and questioning everything. i wish the test results would have came back today. ugh

You're welcome SD! That feeling of radiant heat, OMG. It's the weirdest thing lolz, i remember feeing like a glowing coal or something. Odd for me because i tend to be on the cold side. I eventually got used to it, but it is bizarre at first.

Can you go in for a blood test? I started to say to try to hold more urine overnight LOL but I don't know if that's good advice.

Thanks for the babydust! We are trying this month. Hopefully neither of us gets a cold or anything, I had the worst flu in years last cycle but we tried a bit anyway. lolz. I remember DH was sick as dog when we conceived our first, so anything's possible.

I hope you get a more definitive positive by HPT or blood test soon!
