afm I'm starting to get my hopes up that this month might be it, I have terrible gas ,headache, very sore boobs, nauseous, and so tired its untrue I slept on sofa for 2 hours this afternoon while Mikey napped and then went back to bed at 4.30pm and got up at 6.30pm that's not like me at all, please keep your fingers crossed for me.

Would I be able to test tomorrow at 10dpo?

Yes that does all sound really promising! You could test tomorrow, but I would wait until Thursday, 11 DPO seems to be the magic number!

I say pick up a 3 pack of frers and use FMU tomorrow morning BUT that being said I must warm you I am a serious POAS addict so I could be encouraging you out of purely selfish motives.

Day 28 in this cycle, which for most women means a period, but for me...who knows? No sign of AF, no sign of anything...I really hope this isn't another long cycle again.

How is everyone else?

Afm, felt funky today. Tired, some nausea and dizzy. I downed some water and got an early train but made sure I wasn't the first to leave after being out yesterday. It was obvious to everyone that I wasn't myself but the dynic on my desk is fierce competition so they act like d----s when I work from home. The jerk next to me being the most fake and bad intentioned person I've ever met. He knocked a woman down on the stairs heading down into the subway last week. He stopped whn he realized what he did, looked back at her and kept on going. My coworker saw this. We both agreed its in keeping with his personality. He will run anyone over to get ahead. It amazes me he gets away with it and makes all this money. He is a bad guy. Makes me sick.

Besides that I'm over the house thing but thanks for your support ladies. We might sit tight for another year and hope this bubble pops as rates rise. This way we can save more since expenses are going to keep increasing! Does anyone know how long it takes to get results of Paap A and NT tests??

Hi BW, when I went for my NT testing, it was a blood test a couple of weeks before the U/S and then immediately after the U/S the nurse told us what our risk profile was. It was nice not having to wait for the assessment results.
That is here in Alberta, Canada so I don't know if the procedure is different in the U.S.?

I got my first, super faint, BFP with The Wee Babe at 10 DPO! I say go for it!!
Squee! Love those symptoms.... I was very, very gassy as a first symptom with this baby.... *smile*

Im going to poke my nose in here

I'm 36 TTC for 13 months now, and seemingly have unexplained fertility issues (although have not been tested for blocked tubes - that's next step). Currently I am seeing an FS and have been put on 25mg's of Fertomid (to try for 4 months) just to try and sort any potential hormone blips that there might be because everything else looks good!

Annnnd sadly our frist round didn't work (boo hiss! WHY NOT!! We BD'ed like rabbits!!) so am on CD6 now and on second bout... lets hope this works because I was crushed with disappointment when my AF came on Friday.

35 years of NEVER wanting kids, and now deciding to try. Blargh!! Who knew it's not as easy as just shtooping and WHAM it happens eh?

Hating this whole experience, everyone around me is pregnant or want to be in a competition with you to BE pregnant (WHAT?!) and this whole BD'ing thing on a clock is no damn fun!! "Honey I know your granny just died but I think I'm ovulating so roll over"

Just need to rant a bit!

Welcome! I can appreciate your rant...for sure! Sometimes the journey can be a life lesson, sometimes things have a way of sorting themselves out. I know that for some of my friends who are the same age and got pregnant in the second month of trying...then there's me. I figured it wouldn't be a slam dunk, but still. I've learned to take every month for what it's worth. I had a crying fit back in December, and once I sobbed it out, I somehow released all that pressure and stress with conceiving every month. I constantly struggle with whether this is the right path for us, and perhaps this is a sign that we're simply not made to be parents. Who knows. So, for now, despite the fact that the FS said we have less than 1% chance of conceiving on our own due to dismal sperm counts, we are trying naturally. We shall see.

Good luck...don't lose hope! There's tons of gals on here have been trying for years, much older than us, and are now pregnant! They all give me hope!

You're absolutely right, we STILL have our hope, and you know what if things don't go our way, it doesn't mean it's the wrong way!

But sticky baby dust to you! Someone somewhere on here also got their BFP after facing the same challenge you and your DH are facing, so you hang in there too!

Melly is right Snickerpoodle. In 2010, the Fertility specialist said it was impossible for us to conceive naturally (spontaneous pregnancy they like to call it). First they said dh had very poor sperm morphology.. Then after 2 unsuccessful ivfs they said it was my aging eggs. Well this year without any fertility treatments I am spontaneously pregnant and I will be 42 next month!

Alin I am stalking for an update. Did you yet?
