It was moving all over the place. When the technician placed the wand on my belly and pushed the baby kicked up with both feet like "hey, watch it". It was hilarious. Then it looked like it was waving so she typed HI over it's hand. We were so amazed to see the detail of its hands and how much it moved. I'm so relieved the scan was normal. My next anatomy scan is at 20 weeks but I will have an u/s at 16 weeks. It's such a surreal experience and I am so happy dh was there.

Beautiful pictures! It was hard for me to see much on my phone, but the first picture looked great! So amazing how they already look like babies!

I'm dying for a peek at mine! 37 hours and counting!!!

Hey Ladies

Alicatt and Coy- I actually called the pharmacy for delivery today. I waited too long and they said they voided out my order, but they would reprocess it. So first step.

I've still been eating bad. I need to lose 15 lbs before the next run. It feels like a lot of water. I'm aiming for July. But Idk. I'm going to Spain in August and I'm going whether I have a positive or not.

Coy- Yum Ice Cream. How are the classes going. I know you were the best student when you started and you had some bumps in the road.
I'm not doing NK cells, because they say that it's just my eye quality.

Babywhisperer- Super exciting! congrats.

Chantal- Can't wait for your sono!!!!!!!!

Aw, Ali and Chantal with the MS... and Babywhisperer too!! Huge to you all, it goes away after a few weeks and you get super energy!

Sams....Sams, Sams, Sams Where are you? K, questions! Are you deciding wether to try IVF again? Are you going to test NK cells? Are you staying tough and breaking heads at work? lol....you are one strong lady, you'll see it through!

AFM- ice cream is meal-replacement at my house Seriously It seems to be anyways, it has been HOT here. Dh and I got up in our attic/crawl space yesterday...eeeee super HOT and itchy with insulation and I am guessing spiders and stuff ?? I got to use dh's power tools to build a big heavy wooden ladder/stair set for our attic. I didn't even measure anything and it fits perfect I still "got it" lol Oh, and when I went to get some tools I reached down and grabbed (LITERALLY) a bees nest! I felt it all papery and crunchy in my hand and wasps started buzzing everywhere! I jumped a mile high and ran like crazy Dh saved me tho, he went and knocked out the nest

Sams..you might want to delay until after Spain, there is a lot that has to be done the month after a bfp! Unless you can schedule the IVF cycle and then skip the transfer until you return? There is a lot to be said for a FET! I would also discuss having a biopsy/uterine scratch done. It hurts to high heaven but most women seem to have improved implantation rates the months afterwards.

I know you want to lose weight, but it can be done at the same time. I've actually lost a few lbs in the past weeks, not a lot but maybe 2-3. I figure weight loss is for maternity leave and breast feeding

I'm excited to hear you are ready to try again!!!

How are you all doing? yay for pics and all your beautiful babies!!

CD12 and started with OPK yesterday. Feeling a bit blue today, finding it really hard to stay hopeful and just keep chugging along, and that maybe we'll get it right this month

Chantal- what time is your scan scheduled?? Can't wait to see it, I know how you feel...trepadition, excitement, dread, happiness, nervous, freaking OUT!! All normal, I always feel this way at scans too We leave normal at home and become emotional bi-polar messes

Sams- yay for starting afresh! Might not hurt to check the NK's tho? I mean...how do THEY know your eggs are bad? WTH, right? I mean, I think they are fine....I count, right? LOL!

Angel- poke, poke, poke--where are you? We need bumppics!!! (yes, it's all one word )

AFM- ahh, getting back in line with my school- talked to my instructor about giving me a little extra...I seem to perform better when challenged iykwim...OMG is he EVER! Aye, aye, aye.....where he'll issue 1 question per 5 students twice a week he is issuing me like 8-9 every day! I got this though

Afm- my u/s measured me at 6 weeks 1 day. The songram tech said the Fetal pole is 2mm which is consistant with 6 weeks 1 day gestational sac. We saw flickering and I have never seen that before. Unfortunately she used an sucky Philips machine so no clear pic to show you. The first time I have left an u/s room NOT in tears. I have to wait and see what my Ob has to say now.

Afm feeling a little emotional, my mum just called to say the bladder tumour my dad had removed was cancerous (grade 3 and aggressive) he has to have another biopsy done to find out if its contained or whether spread deeper into bladder and they have to be very careful not to tear the lining as this can allow it to spread into other parts of his body,trying to keep it together so kids don't know but my 8yr old saw the tears in my eyes while talking to mum, please keep your fingers crossed that its contained .

YAY! for seeing the flicker, that is amazing news! Let's hold tight and see what your OB says, and go from there. I'm hoping they are cautiously optimistic and recommend another US in a week to check progress.

AFM.. I've started dry heaving and generally feel like I could be sick at any moment. Rice cakes and ginger ale are my diet of choice. UGH. I did have some bean soup last night for dinner. Not sure why but that sounded good? I'm just going with the flow, I'm dead tired from the moment I wake up till the time I should go to bed, then I'm wide awake thinking I don't need sleep anymore So I have fatigue all day, then insomnia..

Tomorrow is my first US, and I would be lying if I wasn't freaking out and worried and excited and scared and generally going insane! In fact I bet a portion of my nausea is stress related. My boobs are not as tender as they used to be, or maybe I'm getting used to them being tender? Either way I don't feel as pregnant today as I did a week ago Then another wave of will hit and I think.. yep.. still pregnant. So yep, I'm a mixed up, muddled up bucket of nerves! My FS office said to bring a flash drive with me and they would download pictures of the US for me. If things go well I will upload a picture for you to see!

That is great news!! That sounds like a healthy baby to me!

So sorry to hear this hun. I will say a prayer. Have faith though as people have come back from worse and bladder is not as bad as some cancers. Modern medicine is amazing and I hope he responds successfully to treatment. I'm very close with my Dad so my heart is heavy for you and your family.

You are the only person to say from the scan that it looks like a boy. I know you are an expert compared to me but I'm so curious what makes you think that. Everyone is saying boy!

Take a deep breath, say a prayer and know you and your family are in the thoughts and prayers is many and He listens!!! Xo
