HEHE! Thanks! I kind of wish I could have a few glasses of wine! That would be bad though if it comes back positive. I'll have to settle for ice cream :icecream: WOW! There is an icon for ice cream, how cool is that? :icecream:

Hey Ladies,

Alicatt, you're temps are still way above your coverline and you are still only on 12dpo, there's still time yet. What hpts have you used? My ICs were really bad at picking up my BFP last year, about a week later than the tests. FRER showed positive a couple of days after the Clearblue digital. I'll keep everything crossed for you and keep checking on here for updates.

Apple, I had positive BFP before my MC at 8 weeks. I hope you get an answer one way or the other soon as its the not knowing thats the worst. I started spotting at 6 weeks, had a scan, which showed a sac, but no yolk and was told that this may be ok, that I may just not be as far along as I thought. You seem to be looking at it the same way I did as I was told that with having PCOS, I would find it difficult to get pregnant. I caught first month trying, so I told myself and Hubby that at least we know we can at least get an egg fertilized.

This is our first cycle trying again, so who knows? Currently on 6dpo.

I'd really appreciate any comments any experienced women may have on my chart over the next week, before I test or get my AF.

Thanks ladies.

Hi Terri, things on your chart seem to be looking good at the moment. Your temp is climbing nicely. I think it will be from about 10-12dpo that you may get some more clues.

Do you mind me asking if you are on any meds for your PCOS? I have PCOS as well but am not currently taking anything. I reduced my cycle lengths from none for years, to a few a year to now basically one every 28-45days through healthy living, diet and exercise. I'm waiting on seeing a RMC specialist though as after 5MCs I really want more testing to see if I should be on claxane, metformin or other.

GL for this cycle! xo

Hey guys!

I was initially diagnosed with PCOS, but then undiagnosed? Either that or I grew out of it? I'm not sure. I did try metrformin, and d-chiro-inositol and vitex chasteberry over the years I thought I had PCOS, and let me tell you the d-chiro-inositol after taking it for 1 month, bounced my cycle back to normal. I used to go months without a period, and when they were normal they were around 35-40 days. Now they are mostly normal at 28-32 days, and I usually 'skip' a month maybe every 8-9 months. So not too bad!! Plus the skips could be due to stress, I haven't really looked back to see if I could pinpoint something specific.

I am still waiting for the call, it is 2:48 pm and they said they would call between 2 and 3. I will call at 3 if I have not heard. I am going totally insane!

Thanks Angel,

I'm not taking anything for the PCOS, I was diagnosed with it when I was about 20 (16 years or so ago). I was told then that if it wasn't causing me any pain or anything, I should just go back if I have trouble conceiving, which I probably would. I never envisaged it would be this long before I would be TTC. Funnily enough, I had been visiting my doc for a long time about headaches, then after a couple of years, I saw a new, recently qualified doctor, who wasn't afraid to look in his books, he asked me about my cycles, saying it was probably hormone related. I told him I rarely had periods, I even jokingly called them six monthlies. No doc had asked me about that before, they had just changed my birth control pill. Noone ever sent me for a brain scan either, which I found odd. The doc sent me for a scan and they saw a few cycst, but nothing to be too worried about at that time. They saw a couple of fibroids too.

I've never been back to see anyone about it. I have a feeling I still have it because I still struggle losing weight and still get loads of headaches, although my periods have gotten a bit more regular since losing some weight, just the odd cycle, like this one that seems to go on forever. I'll give it a few more cycles before I start to worry, but they did say I could get help to conceive due to having it.

I seem to flip between feeling quite positive with this cycle, to feeling very pessimistic. I'm so ratty at the moment. My Hubby even asked me yesterday if I was pregnant again as last time I was, we used to laugh that I bit his head off for nothing in particular. hehe, I told him he'd have to wait another week or so to find out.

ali am so sorry hun fingers crossed for september :hugs::hugs::hugs:have a nice glass of wine or 2

keep us posted ali

Looks like I am going to have to wait until September :cry::cry:

My BETA showed less than 1. So sad, but I kind of felt like my period was coming.

BOOOOOOOOO!!!!:cry::cry::cry: I'll cry with you...I'm sorry honey bunny...Well, I will have a glass of wine with you tonight. :hugs::hugs: It is just so crazy how things work sometimes.

I am not going to really try again until after October 13.

I have decided to compete in two shows this year. But, me and BF had a talk and we are continuing on with NOT taking BC and I will monitor my cycles. AND he decided that if we arent PG by the end of the year, he will go to the FS with me. :) That makes me happy. But I still have to wait...so, we will wait together...

So Terri...we have to wait a week to find out about your status...? I have my FX'd for you...:hugs::thumbup:

Ali, hmmm...I wonder....from what I have read even BETA tests (for hcg right?) don't always pick it up this early--so the BETA is not a guarentee of confirmation. Check out this link under the "When To Test" section:

So I am thinking since you are only 12 dpo today...... maybe don't give up hope just yet? I mean, your temps look beautiful, if you hadn't gotten the BETA you'd look at your temp and think not maybe but probably...so I'm not sure but I'd be careful with the :drunk: tonight anyway?? Maybe? :hugs:

HEHE.. I was thinking the same thing. Especially since the DPO is questionable? I don't know what day I should count from. I ovulated at 11pm on Friday, and I started counting DPO on Saturday which puts me at 12 DPO, but what if I'm really 11 DPO? I mean 1 hour later and it would have been only 11 DPO right?

Even the nurse that took the blood said we usually like to wait until at least 13 DPO which she said should be tomorrow.

Then again, shouldn't I at least have some HCG in my system, she said it was less than 1. So not even a little?

Then there is the issue of the progesterone suppositories. If I stop taking them I will get my period, or so I'm told. What if I am pregnant? AHHHH..

Now I'm just being silly.:haha:
