I am in complete shock but on :cloud9::happydance::cloud9::happydance:. I can't believe it, it's only my second cycle back TTC and I am now SO NERVOUS:wacko:. The line is faint but I think that's to be expected if I only had an IB on Tuesday. I'll keep testing over the next few days. This is my 7th pregnancy (1 DS) so I'm praying this one sticks, please say a little prayer for me everybody :thumbup:.

I think I'm over the first hurdle ladies, just need to make it past 10 weeks now :winkwink:.

Now Ali, where is your test and hopefully we'll be celebrating together!!! :flower:

xoxo

YaHoooooooo!! :happydance: :wohoo: :yipee:

O my gosh Angel, so happy for you! And I don't see that line as faint at all! I didn't have to squint, that's a solid! :happydance: Have you spoken to your doc about progesterone supps?

I am so glad this time I used them, apparently over 35 our corpus luteum may fade earlier that it should....Yay! Another :bfp: on our thread!! Show us another pic tomorrow :) It will be darker for sure!

Hey All,

Sorry to keep you in suspense, but I have been swamped at work, with 3 people leaving and another 2 on vacation apparently I'm the only one in the company that can get anything done! UGH.

Needless to day, it is stressing me out, and I don't need stress right now. GRR.

I tested this morning and the hint of a line is gone. It seems to hide and appear again. It was gone by 7 DPO then appeared yesterday again on 8 DPO, and was gone again today 9 DPO. So I think I just have to be patient :coffee: and let it come back. Looks like I have a possible implantation dip yesterday, and at 9DPO it is still kind of early. If not, maybe this just isn't my month?
I will say that the nausea has dissipated a little, but the sore boobs is possibly worse? So is the CM, seems to be more of it yesterday and today. IDK, I guess the jury is still out.

Angel! OMG that is a beautiful :bfp: SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!

But where's the pic? :growlmad: LOL! Still think this is your month, that trigger may throw your tst off a bit but let's give it time- you are right, it's still early :winkwink:

OMG, sorry ladies, but PET PEEVES!!

Why does everyone just set their dirty plates on the edge of the sink instead of down in? :growlmad:

And how come the garbage can lid is always open?!

And why do people think wiping the table top off onto the floor after every meal is actually cleaning? :growlmad:

And why, when I tell dh I don't like zombi movies, does he take that as his que to put one on and then tell me about every grusome scene?

LOL!

Evening ladies, thanks for the wishes. I've calmed down a bit now and I am just going to have to learn to relax for the next few weeks, if that is possible . I know they say you shouldnt really take your temp after you get a BFP but I'm going to continue to do so for a few weeks to help reassure me. I did temp on in one of my pregnancies and it dropped and then I had a MC the next day. At least I could prepare myself .

But thinking POSITIVELY, I have an appointment with a RMC specialist on 6th September so I hope to get some more medical advice/options then. I'm taking the LDA but my GP wont prescribe progesterone as it's outside their remit to do so. So God willing, and if the RMC specialist thinks it'll help I'll get on it in a fortnight.

Ali, I think your body is still clearing out the trigger but the CM is a great sign . This and tingly boobs always seem to be my main early symptoms.

Coy, men have selective hearing, dont you know that? :winkwink: My pet peeve is my DH will take a glass out of the cupboard, have a small drink of water and then leave the glass beside the fridge just in case he wants another drink. And yes it's still sitting there 3 days later!!!! :growlmad: Plus what is it and not being able to change toilet rolls??????????????

Jess, what's going on with your chart? Is it just cause you missed a few days or are your temps all over the place? You're doing too much lady by the sounds of it :winkwink::flower:.

Lol! MEN! My dh is awesome about changing toilet tissue rolls, bt the dish issue  I mean the sink is right there! Just edge that dish over about 1/2 inch! And toothpicks...You use, you throw'em away- right?

So I think I was about 2 weeks in when I started progesterone...if I remember right. I am thinking that could be one issue with you if you have recurring mc's butonly your doc would know for sure. Why do you have to wait so long to see your RMC specialist? I would push it hard and make them see you sooner! :) But that's just me, I am pushy LOL!

HEHE.. Too funny!

I had similar issues with my brother when we are at the cottage together!

Like why can't he put the recycle in the recycle bin? Instead he puts it on the table right beside it. I'm mean seriously? It is literally inches away!

Also, he is the only male in the house, and he cannot remember to put the toilet seat down. He is usually the last to bed, so he leaves it up, and Mom or I end up falling into the toilet when we go pee in the middle of the night! It's funny, but not so much when its your rear in the water and touching the COLD toilet bowl when you are 1/2 asleep!

Lol, that reminds me--my garbage can is in the laundry room attached to the kitchen. So everyone neatly places their emty water and gatorade bottles on my dryer instead of in the garbage can..it's, like, half a step away! 'MON folks! LOL!

How ya feeling ali? When is your next appointment? Did you say something about blood work? Testing for pg???

I'm feeling OK, been so busy with work I haven't had much time to do anything else.

I don't have anything scheduled at the moment. I'm simply going to wait and see what happens. I am thinking about taking September off if this isn't successful. If I do get a positive in the next couple of days, I'll go in to my GP and have a BETA done. Then if that is positive I'll make an appt with my OBGYN, and have them run progesterone too.
My period isn't due until Wednesday next week, so we have lots of time for a :bfp:

I have been lurking here for a bit and find so much comfort in how supportive you all are of one another. After years and numerous ivf cycles -- because I was diagnosed with both my tubes being fully blocked -- I became naturally pregnant last November. Unfortunately, we lost our baby boy at 20 1/2 weeks in March. At 41, time is not on my side. Though I keep telling myself I got pregnant naturally at 40 1/2 so there is hope. Obviously, my tubes are not actually blocked -- a frustration given all the $$$ we spent on treatments based on that diagnosis. This is our second month trying after our loss. I didn't ovulate until CD25 (later than my usual CD18-19). Today is 12DPO. I had one spot - light pink - yesterday and nothing since then. Test 9DPO BFN (I know, too early for most positives). Then I broke down today but not with FMU and another BFN. I did not temp this month but used the CBFM to track ovulation. I am just trying to keep my hopes up and wanted to thank you for being such a great group of women!!! Here's to what will hopefully be all our BFPs!!!

Welcome AussieMom! I am "Coy" btw, great to meet you! So sorry for the loss of your babes last March, I know how hard it can be as I have had 2 mc's myself...If you were able to concieve naturally that is awesome! Will you keep trying naturally or give IUI a go sometime? I got my fx'd for you this month! When I tested 9dpo I got a bfn also but 10dpo there was my bfp :) So a day can make all the difference :hugs:

Thanks Coy! We are going to try naturally for a few months at least. Haven't ruled anything out but, as you can imagine, have a bad taste for the closest fertility clinic given the original misdiagnosis that cost us many years. But we will see. I was just glad after the stillbirth that my cycle finally got somewhat normalized the last few months. I never thought I would be one to poas all the time, but wow the tww is hard

Welcome Aussiemom! Sorry about the loss of your babe :hugs:. Hope you will be able to get your BFP naturally again.

I'm with you... the tww is very difficult. I'm a hopeless POAS addict, it's my way of coping with the wait. :haha:

AussieMom,

I too was diagnosed with having a blocked tube, but went to have another HSG done, this one was a different kind, apparently there are 3 different kinds.

1) Uses oil and injects that into the uterus
2) Uses saline with bubbles
3) Uses saline solution

I initially had number 2 done, and that is when they diagnosed the blocked tube. I then went about 2 months later to a different clinic in a different country (long story), but they suggested I go have the number 3 type done, as they have had great success unblocking tubes! Sure enough, the right tube took a second or 3, but all of a sudden it was wide open! So now both tubes are open, YAY!

So what I'm wondering is what type of blockage do you have? Sounds like they can't be totally blocked or you would never have gotten pregnant. If that is the case, maybe its just an issue of 'cobwebs' and a little squirt of the saline will open them even further? Is this a possibility for you?

Here is a link to the type that I had that actually opened my tube:

I'm very sorry to hear about your MC, Here is hoping that you can do it again, and this time it sticks!

Hi AussieMom!
Welcome! The ladies here are a tremendous support! and we all feel 'the more the merrier'!!
I'm sorry to hear about your stillbirth, I'm just 21 weeks and even though things are going well, I'm still worried about my babes.... I guess that never goes away until the LO is born!!
Much baby dust to you and your hubby!!
AFM- did I tell you ladies that I've decided to go for a 3-D/4-D ultrasound? Gender determination (I want to be totally positive it's a girl!) and I decided that I would love to see this Little One's face.... they didn't have this technology when I had dd#1 and since this will be my last.... well, why not?? plus, since hubby is being difficult, I guess I just decided to do this for me and only me... a treat I can look forward to! So I'm booked for the end of September, and will put up the photo when I get it!!

I hope everyone is doing well..... I'm so glad to have you ladies!
