Welcome to 'Trying To Conceive Over 35'

Babywhisperer- aw, it sounds like your dh is totally infatuated with you :cloud9: That's awesome :hugs: I am glad you are comfortable and know what you are doing and you and dh are solid  That's all that matters anyway. An annoying bug is just an annoying bug no matter how you look at it (or how many pics she puts on FB ) lol!

Omg, I don't know what is up with me tonight but everything is just IRRITATING! The sound of the girls brushing their teeth is like...driving me nuts! I think what it is --I have been trying to complete an assignment and I keep getting called out to do stuff for everyone...now I have 15 minutes to finish and they are going about their calm routines and it's making me :hissy: Because they come to my office door to brush with their electric toothbrushes. Then they have to "prove" they brushed by showing me their toothpaste caked faces... If I go insane I understand it is probably unreasonable but - right now.......aaargh! Even smells are irritating. The sound of the tv is irritating...all I want is silence and few minutes to think. Bnb helps me clear my mind :haha:

hmmm, maybe tonight is the night??

Babydust- wow, you had both? Awesome...what is the c-section like to recover from? Did you breastfeed after? Because my uterus contracts and clamps down hard while breastfeeding...it is painful but helps it to shrink back. I can't imagine what that'd be like after a surgery! :nope: Your temps are looking good, hopefully get those crosshairs soon!

Phil- how are you? When is your next book club? Thanks btw, tonight'd be awesome :haha: I am in a better mood now, got my assignment done, dishes washed, watched "Person of INterest" with dh :cloud9: and then read a Donald Duck book to my dd's...they are blissfully asleep now so maybe I'll take a warm relaxing shower and

Good morning ladies,

12dpiui here and I got an evap line. Wanna see? How do I post a photo?

Hi FirstTry, post it, we wanna see!!!!! If you select Go Advanced, it'll show a paperclip icon, follow the instructions and voila!

Oooh, I'm so excited for you. Please be a positive. :happydance:

Hey Lovely Ladies,

Nothing to report yet, but then it is very early days. I had 2 really bizarre dreams last night, they were both the same, but the people changed. I was walking down a road with my Hubby, sister and someone else, who I didn't know, Hubby dropped a suitcase, it fell open and there was a gun in there. Someone I work with, then walked up and picked it up, had a look at it and it went off, shot my sister in the back. In the second dream, it was the same, but somehow he shot my hubby in the back.

Not sure what it means, but I very rarely have / remember dreams. Quite scary really, don't want to have it again!

Thank you, TerriLou.

You might not be able to see it. There is definitely no pink to it, so I'm pretty sure it's evap. I poas'd at 4am when I unintentionally woke and went straight to sleep after. At 7am, I saw the evap line.

Just figured I'd post it because I've never gotten to post anything before :winkwink: I know, you can't see it in the photo, so I look crazy, but whatever

The recovery is not that bad honestly. I had a 19 month old at the time and it still wasn't that hard. I had no uterus pain when bf'ing BUT we did get a wicked case of thrush due to all the antibiotics I was on. If I had known what it was earlier and nipped it in the bud, it probably would not have been so bad.

Check out my chart!!!:)

Nah, you don't look crazy at all. I can't see anything either I'm afraid, are you going to test again tomorrow? Have you used an FRER?

Probably yes, again tomorrow. Is that First Response Early Response? I've never used that. This was an IC with 20 miu sensitivity.

When I was pregnant, I got a positive on a CB digital before Internet cheapies or FRER. Maybe wait another day or 2 then try again. Fingers crossed for you.

Hmm, I just happen to have a CB digital. I'm not getting my hopes up, but I'll give it a try tomorrow. Thanks for the hint!

I'd wait a few more days, but your chart looks promising :dust:

FirstTry...I know it is so hard to wait! I'm excited for you though!!
It may be too late for this because you are probably going to get your BFP this month, but did you see the article i posted yesterday? It is definitely worth reading. Here is the link...

Thanks, Jess. I don't think I have endo; wouldn't that show up on u/s or HSG? But the circadian rhythm part fits. DH goes to bed at 4am, waking me up most nights. I wonder. Should I put him on the couch next month? :haha:

Sorry FirstTry...I copied that link starting at page three of the article. Here is the link that starts at page 1. The info on diet regarding caffeine and gluten is the part that is most iteresting to me.

I did read that part, Jess. My diet consists of many of the things they recommend: beans, veggies, salmon, leafy greens, brown rice, quinoa, nuts, fruit, olive oil, some chicken and red meat. The only caffeine I consume is chocolate with high cocoa content, like 3 little squares per day. I do eat gluten, however. I also eat a lot of dairy, like nonfat milk and yogurt, and full fat ice cream!

The sleep thing piqued my interest. I'm going to see if I can find more on it. Thanks for sharing!
