Went to bed with a flat tummy, woke up looking 5 months pregnant!

I am 10 weeks today. For the past like 3 weeks I've been having pains in the muscles aroundy stomach pretty much 24/7 (stretching I'm assuming) my oh and I went away last night to see a comedy show and stay at a hotel. I hadn't looked pregnant at all yet (except for the bloat in the first few weeks). I wore a big sweatshirt on the drive yesterday. Then when we got to the hotel and I got changed, I suddenly had a gigantic baby bump! Lol! I looked 5 months pregnant out of no where. Then last night I can't sleep on my back or stomach anymore. It's so weird that it literally happened over night. I don't remember that last time. Anyone else like that?
