What are you doing Christmas Eve?

This year my mum is working Christmas day so we have changed our plans this year Christmas eve will consist of me bouncing around mega excited until oh comes home then tea time we going to see my mum, step dad and younger brothers to tell them they are going to be grandparents/uncles for the first time can't wait to see my mums face x

Oh yeah we'll be swapping presents too lol!

It's my OH's birthday

We will wake up (hungover ) and go and get Hallie from my Mum's. Have a cafe breakfast probably then get dressed and go visiting his Mum, Nan etc Either have a little meal in somewhere like Franky & Bennies or come home for takeaway then, decorate cupcakes & gingerbread, watch a Christmas dvd, open our new pj's/socks, open a christmas book and a new mug each and have hot chocolate with marshmellow

We get up at like 5-6am get ready and go to asda then come home chill out and we have booked up for a meal this year at a carvery at 6:30 then gonna come home put Brooke to bed and gonna set her big presents up that usually takes all night lol and i think ill get me and my sister a bottle of wine and maybe watch a dvd with some munch

i am really excited now!

We will probably visit family through the day and sort out last of present wrapping etc. Then we are going to be having a buffet tea whilst watching Elf and then just chill and watch the soaps with a hot chocolate

Gonna spend the day dropping off presents and seeing family, then a takeaway at home, bath, christmas pyjamas, polar express and then bed with OH. Although I might go to midnight mass. If I do that, it'll go a little differently

We were talking about Christmas eve today, it's going to be super busy!

We have friends coming over Christmas day (afternoon) and I want the house cleaned before than. I'll also do some of the prep for Christmas dinner to make Christmas day easier a day or two before. I have cookies cut out and frozen that I'll bake and decorate with Hannah for Santa and for our friends. And we want to get a gingerbread house to put together with her. I think we're going to try and order dinner in to keep that easy at least After she goes to bed Stan has to put her kitchen set together which will probably take most of the evening!

We go to my mum and dads and have some dinner. Usually fish pie, tuna, cheese and other bits but no meat because we are Catholic and Catholics dont eat meat on Christmas eve and Good Friday.
I am then gonna take my ladies home to bed and I will then build their buggies ready for them to play with in the morning. Then we will most likely watch some tv go to bed

We will be in all day...me hubby and our 2 girls.. I will clean up in the morning, then we make cookies and scotch eggs (a weird tradition that my mum used to do for my dad when he came in from the pub) and then we will have buffet with my dad and his partner, go for a walk in the woods to wear them out, then they get their xmas bags, bath and bed for the little one and my oldest and me and DH will watch A Christmas Carol and eat scotch eggs and the left over buffet and crack open the xmas chocs that are handmade and delish..when My oldest goes to bed..me and hubby watch some tv and then fill the stockings and put the presents out..can't wait it's our first xmas in our new home..we love it here! x

during the day we are going to the oh's family, as we are spending the majority of xmas day with mine. then stop in at my folks on the way home, as my brother will be home late on the 23rd night with his new gf (they live in london) im soo excited to see him!! then put poppy to bed and watch a christmassy movie, probably elf! oooooh im getting soo excited now!
