what can I expect next??

Hi everyone,a quick intro about me
I'm 38 and a mother of 5 boys,me and hubby would really like another but unfortunately we've been trying now for over 3 years with an early mc an ectopic resulting in me losing my left tube and a mmc last June and nothing since

I did go and see my fertility specialist a few months ago but they just said they would leave me for another year:'(

So I've been in touch with my consultant at the early pregnancy assessmen unit who was there with us when we lost our last little one,she arranged lots of test to be done on my husband and me and the fetus,anyway sorry for waffling,I got in touch with her and explained things still weren't happening and she's gonna see us at her clinic on Wed,does anyone have a clue what will happen or if there is anything she can do for us??tia
