its not in them comes seperatly but it tells you exactly what they need to be wearing at what temp and what grobag they should be in https://www.gro.co.uk/grobags.aspx thats the website but im not sure if you can get them from there but you can get them off mothercare or babysrus and plenty of other places. i definatly reccomend them and the 0-6 months ones have poppers under the arms so baby cant wriggle down in to it
