B - WW fromage frais, Cadburys highlights
L - Tomato soup and a pitta bread (plain)
S - Digestive biscuit
D - Thai chicken soup, lots of Tiger bread and butter.
L - fried egg and ketchup sandwich, 1/2 blackcurrant little stars yoghurt
D - spaghetti and meatballs in tomato and garlic sauce, and grated cheese
S - cup of tea with 3 shortbread fingers
Drank about 3 glasses of cherry coke too... I usually eat slightly healthier than this but we're off on holiday next week so trying to use up what's in rather than buying loads of fresh stuff!
B - 3 small Lemon pancakes
L - 2 slices Toast with black currant jam. Apple, clementine and white grapes
S - Oreo
D - paella (but Didn't make enough or expect Fin to eat as much as he did so really I had a fussy toddler sized portion)
S - slice toast with jam, flapjack
B: rice krispies, tea and a pink lady apple
L: falafel, couscous, salad and a few slices of wholemeal pitta with humous and tzatziki and a few celebration chocolates later in the day, 2 cups of chai
D: having stir fried kale with brown rice, then going to meet a friend so will have a couple of pints!
