What did you eat today?

B - cup of tea

S - strawberry and vanilla munch bunch yoghurt

L - 2x slices buttered toast and a fried egg with ketchup

S - cup of tea and about 6 choc digestives (got carried away! I can't be trusted with biscuits!)

D - 3 small slices of pepperoni pizza, few chips and mayo

Also drank about 4 glasses of cherry coke <_<

B - A slice of toast and marmalade
L - Black bean and chipotle soup, 2 slices of tiger bread
D - 1/2 chicken pizza with coleslaw

Snacks - 2 Fudge's lemon biscuits
3 cups of tea and about 5 glasses of water
 
Breakfast: toast
Snack: wafer
Lunch: none
Dinner: went out for dinner, had mixed grill
 
packet of crisps and a mini choclate roll
corn beef salad sandwich
packet of crisps
salmon, cheesy leeks, carrots and mash
2 glasses of wine
3 coffees
2 glasses of water
 
B - big bowl of porridge plus glass of smoothie
S - a couple of welsh cakes and a couple of chocolate cornflake bites, was round a friends house!
L - sausages, mash, onion gravy and broccoli
S - another welsh cake and chocolate cornflake bite, not a good day today!
D- homemade chicken noodle soup
 
Yesterday:
B none
L Heinz tomato soup and 2 slices of wholemeal bread
S reeces nutrageous bar
D went out for dinner: sausage and mash with red wine gravy and buttered greens. Followed by chocolate Brownie and pistachio ice cream.

Feeling guilty today, feel very fat!
 
Breakfast- bran flakes with a banana
snack - pear and cheese on toast and a yoghurt
Lunch - avocado and cheese toastie YUM
snack - 5 all butter chocolate shortbreads and one Jaffa cake :( - should not have gone to tesco.
Dinner - cottage pie with sweetpotato mash instead of normal potato.

Ooops, really didn't want to put so much weight on with this pregnancy but I can't stop eating. Will try and be good tomorrow!
 
Daisy!!! Weird to see you in my thread - we will have a wonderful healthy feast for lunch tomorrow :haha:

I have been awful today, a slice of toast with honey for breakfast and a mini kit Kat at 4pm, carrot and coriander soup for dinner!
 
Haha, I know I just couldnt help myself when I saw it, had to comment :)
Yeah that would be lovely, let's. Feed me vegetables! Mini kitkat for lunch is not the healthiest... haha.

Today

B 2 x toast with raspberry jam
L tuna and cucumber sandwich, 1/2 packet quavers shared with lo, 4 cherry tomatoes, glass of diet coke
I just had a glass of water and a babybel while lo ate dinner
D dh home late tonight so we will have chicken stir fry when he gets I'm about 7pm

I've probably had about 3 cups of tea, 3 Jaffa cakes and 2-3 glasses of water too.
 
B - Shreddies and a cuppa tea.

S - Homemade flapjack.

L - Cheese roll, cheese and onion crisps and a can of Pepsi.

S - More homemade flapjack.

D - Meatball, peas and potato tagine, crusty tiger bread some Schweppes tonic.

S - Cuppa tea and a few Ferrero Rocher.

Todays has been awful.
 
It was....and uber simple to make.

But that meatball tagine sounds incredible...

Recipe:

I dont use weights when making tagine, i just go with the flow.

So...

Lamb mince
Garlic
Onions
Potatos
Peas
Coriander
Olive Oil
Ginger
Curry Powder
Turmeric
Pepper
Salt
Tomato puree
Water

Chop onions and garlic and fry off in the olive oil.
Roll the mince into medium bite sized balls and throw in with the onions and garlic.
Now add the turmeric, salt, pepper, curry powder and ginger, chopped coriander and a squirt of tomato paste.
Ensure the meat balls are evenly covered by the spice/onion mix.
Then add boiling water, enough to cover all the ingredients, bring to the boil and add the potato and peas.
Reduce heat and allow to cook slowly until the water has reduced and become a slightly thick sauce.

Serve with crusty bread.
