What did you eat today?

B-1/2 yoghurt
L-lentil and vegetable soup and some dough balls
D-noodles and beef in black bean sauce. Brocolli, pepper and baby corn tempura.
 
B- banana and a latte
L- salad and a boiled egg
S- slice of homemade whole wheat bread
D- pea and bacon soup with a homemade herb cheese roll
 
B - 2 slices of plain bread toasted
L - cheese, ham and tomato toasted
D - homemade steak pie and mash
 
B - rasberry wheats

L - cup of tea

D - fish chips and mushy peas and bread and butter from the chippy! Didn't eat all that much of it though,

S - Cadburys fudge hot chocolate
 
3 biscuits
tea
chicken schnitzel,cabbage, carrots and herby potatoes
will have a hot chocolate and 2 more biscuits later
 
B - 1 slice of toast and crunchy peanut butter.
L - Beef bourginon, dumplings, roasted herb and garlic new potatoes and crusty bread. Followed by tarte tatin and ice cream.
D - Bread and butter. Will have a tea and something sweet shortly.

Drank coffee x2, Green Tea x2 and sparkling water.
 
B - 2 jammy dodgers

L - veggie triple sandwich on whole grain bread (cheese and onion, cheese and pickle and egg salad)

D - chilli beef burrito with sour cream and a few oven chips

S - vanilla custard slice

Drank tea and coke all day x
 
B- slice of hm honey wheat bread with peanut butter, cup of tea
L- half a tuna toastie, half portion of chips, pepsi max
S- handful of aero bubbles
D- 2 fish fingers, herbed new potatoes, cabbage, broccoli and carrots then rice pudding with homemade cinnamon apple sauce and a vanilla latte
S- pringles and some cider watching telly with hubby
 
B: 1 lb of cut up watermelon
L: Cottage cheese with fresh strawberries and sugar
D: 2 bowls of homemade chicken soup
S: 3 handfuls of lays chips, string cheese
 
Today ive had no breakfast,2 cups of tea,one glass of juice,a cuppa soup and crusty roll.
Later I will be cooking gammon but probably wont eat much cos I dont fancy it.
 
B - Banana
L - WW fromage frais, WW hula hoops, 1/2 hot cross bun.
D - Mascapone and tomato pasta bake using Quorn.

Snacks - none

Green tea, 1 coffee and water
 
Today:

Breakfast: oatmeal and an apple
Snack: cupa soup
Lunch: sweet potato, kidney beans, veg
Dinner: chicken breast, pasta, cottage cheese, veg
Snack: kidney beans
 
B- banana and a buttered crumpet
S- cup of tea
L- pea and bacon soup with hm honey wheat bread
S- unsalted cashews and raisins, slice hm honey wheat bread
D- hm bean chilli with half a wholewheat pitta bread and cheese
S- some dollymix and a crumpet

My god I have not stopped eating today :dohh:
 
Yesterday -

B - sausage sandwich with ketchup

S - jammy dodgers and tea

L - coffee

D - BBQ chicken and peppers stuffed crust pizza, micro chips
 
Crunchy nut cornflakes with a banana
Beans on toast
Pack of wotsits
Stuffed chicken, curly fries, salad
 
b - 1 slice of toast and cup of tea in mum and toddler group
l - out for lunch ask italian spaghetti carbonara followed by a hot chocolate
s - decaf coffee and 2cookies
d - small bowl cottage pie still rather full from lunch.
will prob have a crumpet for supper with cup of tea of maybe a jam and cream doughnut hubby got although not very healthy lol
 
B-hot cross bun
L-slice of bread and butter.
D-rump steak, jacket potato and salad.

Shared an ice cream sundae with hubby.

Lemonade, coffee and sparkling water.
 
today I had:

toast, cashew butter, coffee
banana
lentil soup
baked salmon, green beans, broccoli
blueberries
loads of water
