What did you eat today?

breakfast :
bowl of cornflakes with skimmed milk

snack :
time out choccie bar

lunch :
steak and ale pie, lots of veggies, potatoes, half a yorkshire pud, gravy

snack :
lemon ski mousse

"dinner" :
3 crackers with cheddar cheese

snack :
packet of smoky bacon crisps


yes I've eaten a ton of crap today
 
B- bowl of cereal shared with DD1
S- 2 digestives and a vanilla latte
L- mac and cheese with cherry tomatoes, shared hm choc cheesecake with DD1
S- bag of crisps
D- leftover bean chili with rice

Been dribking diet cherry coke through the day
 
Yesterday -

B - cup of tea, 2 Jammy dodgers

L - tuna mayo sandwich, graze rasberry and white choc cheese cake, and 2 bits of apple and cinnamon flapjack

D - bolognaise pasta bake, garlic bread
Small slice of cheesecake and small slice of lemon meringue pie, 3 beers and a
Glass of rose
 
B-banana and an Atkins bar
L-bacon sandwich
D-beef tacos and salad

Drank green tea and sparkling water all day
 
Breakfast - oatmeal and apple
Snack - cup soup
Lunch - chicken, pasta and veg
Snack - tuna (after workout)
Dinner - sweet potato, cottage cheese, veg
 
B- small bowl honey loops
S- vanilla spice skinny latte at starbucks
L- small bowl of macoroni cheese, banana
S- skinny vanilla latte
D- 2 slices toast with cheese (which I then threw up :nope:)
 
I never really see a lot of Americans on the food threads, but I love them, so here goes.:haha:

B: pita pizza (whole wheat pita, sauce, and a little parm)

L: leftover pasta with meat sauce (not a true bolognese, as there was no carrot or dairy in it)

S: two chocolate Oreos and a skinny vanilla latte

D: chicken and broccoli stir-fry in ginger sauce, shrimp spring rolls, jasmine rice
 
Cheese and pickle sandwich.
Chicken and some chips.

Crap day but I'm ill,exhausted and up to my eyes in work.
 
I had nutella.on toast for breakfast
Nothing for lunch
Homemade corned beef pie for tea
 
B - cup of tea and half a banana

L - cheese toastie, cup of tea and a gingerbread man

S - cup of tea

D - half a sausage roll from asda bakery, banana yoghurt

S - 1/2 bottle of rose wine, packet of ready salted frisps

D-prawn Thai green curry with noodles and a samosa

Have drunk coffee and water.

L- quarter of an omelette, salad and half a slice of toast
S- slice of toast, bag of sunbites
D- small piece chicken pie, a few chips, gravy and 1 profiterole

Drinking diet cherry coke through the day and had cidre with dinner.

B: Oatmeal with honey and cinnamon , 2 cups coffee
L: 2 ryvita crackers, 0% fat lemon greek yogurt, 1 cup tea
D: I'm going to make roasted veg, lasagna
 
Brek: buttermilk pancakes with berries and agave, chai
Snack: shared a piece of carrot cake with DH, tea
Lunch: ham salad roll, lentil soup, few beetroot crisps, apple
Snack: chocolate ginger biscuit, tea
Dinner: teriyaki and sesame chicken, lots of pak choi, choi sum, mange tout and noodles in a lime sesame broth...raspberry macaroons, had mine plain in the end - with extra berries
Now...cup of tea and couple of squares of GnB maya gold

Drunk: alongside tea, about 2.5 litres of water
 
I had:

B - Crumpet with dairylea
L - Salad and chicken and chilli risotto
D - Cheese sandwich and WW crisps. Just about to have some strawbs.

2 cups of green tea, 2 coffees, about 4 glasses of sparkling water. Oh and Elderflower soda.
 
Today I've had:

Breakfast - 1 x wholemeal toast. Apple.
Snack - bowl of veg
Lunch - baked potato, cottage cheese, veg
Dinner - mackerel, pasta, broccoli
Snack - soup
