What did you eat today?

Lou - id love to eat the stuff you do (I see your posts in the what's for dinner thread!), but DH wouldn't so I'd still have to buy junk and then I'd be tempted, and it would be a huge waste of money to buy lots of fresh things just for myself, and Jesse is a fussy little thing too and always has been! In determined teddy will eat healthier though!
 
Haha I pretty much didn't give my oh a choice in the matter - im a mean girlfriend :haha:
 
Breakfast: Cereal-Special Flakes with Red Berries
Cup of coffee, glass of apple juice.

Mid morning Snack: 2 oat cakes
small handful of almonds
Some blueberries and raspberries.

Lunch: Smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich and a side salad
A banana

Mid afternoon snack: A couple of brazil nuts and an apple.
A chocolate biscuit.
Glass of coke.

Dinner/tea: Chicken and mushroom risotto.
Strawberry yogurt.

And loads of water throughout the day.

(I would usually have a glasss of wine or two tonight watching x-factor... but I have friends/family round for fireworks and food and drinks on Monday, so I am absteining tonight :haha:)
 
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with Philadelphia. Cup of tea.
Hot chocolate after dog walking.
Lunch: cheese & tomato roll.
Almost a whole packet of orange matchmakers :blush:
Dinner: leftover spag bol
 
Big eating again!

Brekkie: hm Bircher muesli made with apple, dates, poached plums and pears, walnuts, oats, oat milk, yoghurt and agave. Cup of tea.

Snack: popcorn, cup of tea

Lunch: lentil and tomato soup, chicken and beetroot spelt roll...there clementines, apple

Snack: piece of coffee and walnut cake, cup of tea

Dinner: chicken, saffron, lemon kebab...aubergine side dish, houmous, yoghurt dip, hm flat bread, Persian pickles, rice with barberries and pistachio slivers...roasted cherries with chocolate ice cream

Now cup of tea and bit of green and blacks!
 
I guess I don't find it too time consuming...I do a lot of prep in the evening, and the girls (mostly Lizzie) really enjoy helping me with various things, which is fun!

I think it's a bit of a hobby!:haha:

Everytime I try he just leaves a big pile of things he's picked out at the side of the plate and it winds me up soo much! Even more do because LO copies him :dohh:
 
(Not representative of my usual diet but I have gestational diabetes so eat to control sugar levels.)

B: 1 slice granary toast w butter and marmalade, Greek yoghurt, tea
S: cheddar cheese and apple
L: ham, cheese, tomato, pickles, two plums, tea
D: small portion of bacon and vegetable pasta, chicken breast
Supper: Chinese hot and sour soup and a spring roll

2 litres water
 
Yesterday i had:

Breakfast - 2 Alpen light bars, a plum and an apple

Dinner - Ryvita thins, extra light philadelphia, a banana and some pineapple

Tea - Slimming world pizzas, jacket potato and a massive salad

Snack - Some quavers and a freddo
 
^^ I do, too, when not BFing. Sucks. Part of having pcos means serious food reduction :(

Maybe I will just keep BFing for 10 years ;) Actually, the way ally is going...:haha:

Hahaha!! May be tricky with school.. can you put a boob in a lunchbox? :haha:
 
Ok so yesterday I was out all day at the Spirit of Christmas fayre so I had (wasn't wonderful):

B - Almond croissant, an Americano
L - Tamarind chicken salad
S - Afternoon cream tea and tea
D - Chicken soup and 2 slices toast

Today:

B - 2 slices toast and lemon marmalade
L - Skipped as my throat is raw but managed a small slice of h/m Nutella cake
D - Will be Mediterranean vegetable gnocchi bake.

Have had 3 cups of coffee so far :dohh:
 
So far today:

Breakfast: toast and weetabix
Snack: melon
Lunch: pizza

I will probably have pasta for dinner
 
B: scrambled eggs on 1 slice granary bread
S: Greek yoghurt w berries and 1/2 banana
L: 6 inch turkey sub on wholewheat, chopped garden salad
S: apple & cheese
S: 1/2 banana
D: chicken breast, vegetable pasta, cucumber salad, apple

Water and tea.

Gonna make some sugar free flapjacks later.
 
Breakfast - 2x slices toast with spread and dairylea cup of tea

Lunch - chicken soup and 2 small crusty rolls with butter
Diet cloudy lemonade

S - sticky ginger bun and cup of tea

D - 2x grilled thin skinless sausages, mashed potato, 2 mini yorkies, peas, gravy

Got chocolate cheesecake for later watching xfactor!
 
b: a satsuma and half an apple, 2 cups of tea
l: pea, sugarsnap pea, green bean and broad bean salad and half a bagel with humous, another cup of tea
d:wholewheat pasta with pesto and peas, about to have a cup of chai and maybe a vegan fruit bar later!
 
Boiled egg and a slice of toast and 2 coffees
Roast chicken dinner
Treacle sponge and custard
A packet of crisps
Will have 3 glasses of wine tonight :winkwink:
 
No brekkie as I had a lie in!
L - Cheesy Pasta with smoked sausage
D - Baked Potato with cheese and beans, 2 bits battered chicken

No snacks today :)
 
B - Cup of tea and the leftovers of Aymens peanut butter on toast and grapes.

S - Carrot cake and a can of Pepsi.

L&D - Nandos - Chicken pitta, chips, corn on the cob and a coke then a sprite.

S - Cuppa tea and an almond croissant.

I will get up in a second and make another cup of tea with a few biscuits or some lemon curd on toast.
 
Oh maaan don't even say the word nandos to me pleaaaase! A hot veggie burger with piri piri chips, coleslaw, corn on the cob and all the different sauces mixed together ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
