What did you eat today?

B - none

L - Tuna sandwich, mini pack of Dairymilk buttons, cup of tea

S - cup of tea

D - pizza and oven chips

S - B&J Vermonster icecream

Junk day today but still all pointed on weight watchers :)
 
Breakfast: Eggs and toast (mistake I made)
Lunch: Taquitos and sour cream.


I really want Chai tea, but I don't know if it's good during the tww. I've been told certain teas can be bad.
 
B - Bran Flakes
L - Curried carrot soup and a ham sandwich
D - We're having chill con carne and rice

Trying not to have any snacks! :thumbup:
 
fat free yougurt, 2 packs of monster munch, bran flakes and im thinking sausage and mash for dinner although that will prob change lol
 
breakfast - 2 slices of buttered toast
snack - cup of tea and custard cream in mum and tots
lunch - carrot and coriander soup
dinner - cottage pie and brocolli will be having dessert later on when ds in bed of sticky toffee pudding and custard
 
B- weetabix

L- fish finger sandwich

D- tuna and sweetcorn pasta bake

snacks- ribena, pack of buttons, 2 yoghurts, thorntons chocolate
 
B- half a mushroom omelette
S- cup of tea
L- chicken and salad made with little gem lettuce, pepper, carrot, cherry tomatoes and cucumber
S- 2 celery sticks and morrocan humus, cup of tea
D- 2 sausages, 1 egg and diced carrot and swede

Will have an apple and peanut butter ina bit too.
 
Today I have had

Breakfast: a turkish delight muller lite and two apples

Dinner: left over beef casserole from yesterday and grapes

Tea: slimming world chips, gammon, beans and mushrooms

Snacks: a freedom and some french fries
 
Breakfast - Cup of tea
Snack - 3 marks and spencer Swiss chocs
Lunch - Small bowl of veg soup with half a slice of bread
Dinner - A small plate of chicken, cherry muller corner yoghurt

May now go and have a few more chocs...:blush:

L-prawn and noodle salad
D-pitta breads with lb and halloumi in and a green salad

Snack was Christmas cake

Lunch - tuna, pasta, cottage cheese
Dinner - kidney beans, pasta, kale
Snacks- pasta, chamomile tea, green tea
 
far too many chocolate biscuits
chocolate bar
lollies
american hot dog in bun with cheese, mustard and ketchup
garlic bread at midnight!
 
B- Toast with berry cream cheese and applesauce

L- about to make it now.
 
b - 2slices of buttered toast
s - blueberry muffin and cup of tea in starbucks while ds in preschool
l - went to mums she made me chicken tikka and mayo sandwich and packet of crisps
s - drifter chocolate bar
d - small bowl of pasta and sauce.
s - ive just had twix and 3 bourbon biscuits baby is making me crave chocolate bad today.
 
B - Banana
L - Tomato soup
D - Noodles, peking ribs and tofu

Snacks - some twiglets
 
Toast and honey
special K bar
Jelly
Chili peanuts
Tomato soup and 3 slices bread
breakaway
malteasers
kiwi
banana
chicken, chips and beans x
 
B- smoothie made with frozen berries, a banana, spinach and a little milk
S- skinny vanilla spice latte
L- 2 egg tomato omelette
S- cup of tea, satsuuma
D- pepper, cuucumber, celery and carrot sticks with a moroccan humus dip, low fat peach yoghurt, diet pepsi
 
B - hot water and lemon
D - carrot and corriander soup
T - hot water and lemon

And a few brews/coffees in that too :blush: been trying to flush my system out.
